The location is very close to Sonoma County fairgrounds, HWY 12, and HWY 101. It is centrally located with easy access to Sonoma county's finest wineries, downtown Santa Rosa, and the Sonoma coast. Sebastopol, Healdsburg and Petaluma are all 20 min. away. Suitable for business or pleasure.
This is a 3 BR/2BA, 2- story condo with a spacious floor plan. Master bedroom with bath and walk-in closet, queen room, twin room, and another full bath are located upstairs. Washer/Dryer (also upstairs) is available to guests staying 3 or more nights. Living/dining room, kitchen, half bath, and desk space located downstairs. Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, utensils, glassware and basic condiments, sweeteners, coffee, etc.
Access includes everything described above and a small semi-private patio. Available food/drink items will be noted. Sorry, no access to the garage. The closet in the queen bedroom is locked for owner storage.. The washer is available for reservations of 3 or more nights, unless previously arranged. The dryer is available for your use (bath towels, etc).
Interaction with guests
Someone may or may not be present to greet you upon arrival. You will find a note with instructions if we can not be there in person. You will have the condo to yourselves, but someone is always available by cell phone to assist you.
This is a nicely landscaped neighborhood with a Mediterranean feel. Several green areas and benches are interspersed throughout. Taylor Mountain Regional Park is located a short walk away on the south side of Kawana Springs Road. Very easy access to Hwy 101/Hwy 12 interchange and Sonoma County Fairgrounds.
Private car, Uber, or taxi is the most convenient.

A 12% occupancy tax is included in the price.
Your reservation includes accommodations for paid guests only. No loud music or noise after 10 PM, please. No smoking, e-cigs, vaping, etc allowed.
Please no smoking of any kind, no pets, and no street shoes upstairs. This listing is NOT appropriate for large gatherings or parties. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with shared common spaces. Loud music or boisterous activity that impacts neighbors is not allowed at this listing. Each condo unit has a patio that faces a common area. We ask that you are respectful of our neighbors. Smoking is prohibited in common areas by homeowners association, and no smoking allowed in our family residence. If you must smoke please move to the street area. We thank you for your cooperation.
