Sally was very nice, generous and easy to work with. The house is comfortable but can be better if it was more clean, but overall we enjoyed the stay.

The house was not clean and a lot of unnecessary clutters inside and outside. Broken chairs on the patios. No hot water in one of the bedroom shower. Windows and shower glass were heavily smeared. Kitchen small appliances and utensils were not cleaned. This house needs TLC. It could be a good setting only if good care was giving to it. It is 15 min from downtown Sedona and easy to access. We did not see Sally. I talked to Sally over the phone about the situation. It is a big house and can easily accommodate 3 couples.

Sally was a great host! She stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was a lovely, relaxing home base for our Arizona adventures. Our one-year-old loved it too!
Sally's house was a great place to stay! The home itself was modern and clean and had everything we needed. Spacious, great light, nestled into a hillside with wonderful views of nature. Though the house is right on the road, it was quiet and we were more connected with the views into the distance. Sally's place is about a 30 min drive to Sedona, so very accessible to all of the hiking, but out of the hustle and bustle. She actually lives in this home, and makes it available to others when she works out of town. So the house felt warm and lived-in and Sally was very generous about sharing things she'd grown in her greenhouse, condiments and spices for cooking, and whatever we needed to have a wonderful stay. Even the two kitties were a welcome connection to home! I recommend this place highly if you are looking for a retreat near Sedona.
