Fantastic home, in a safe, quite and friendly gated community.
With 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this house is perfect for a few couples or a family looking to come and visit La Paz.
We are a few minutes drive from the La Paz Malecon and its wondrous restaurants and ocean front promenade. And at the end of our street is a nice little beach for days when you don't feel like doing much at all.
The house has a nice walled garden in the back as well as a terrace area upstairs, giving you plenty of options to sit back, relax and enjoy the fantastic climate. Which in case you haven't heard is beautiful all year around.
La Paz is a great haven to escape the snow and the rain at home in the winter, and in the summer it is a diver and fisherman's paradise where the water is warm enough to jump right in and grab the fish (although many prefer to use rods too!)
Our gated community has a mix of Mexican, American and Canadian residents. It is great for families and for those looking to simply relax and escape from the world.
We have high speed internet as well as Satellite TV in the living room, and a really nice quality kitchen with Granite and Marble finishings as well as high quality appliances.
We provide a large selection of towels, bedding and toiletries to help you feel at home when you are in our home, and we are always open to suggestions if you there is anything that could make your stay even better.

Simon was a very gracious and responsive host. The central location of the condo and it's proximity to the malecon was excellent. The condo was comfortable and tastefully appointed, and the roof deck was fabulous. The Kitchen utensils were adequate, if minimal. If you plan to do more than cook breakfast, boil water, and make coffee, it's doable but a challenge.
Beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful environment. This home was new, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family of four. We loved being able to go into nearby La Paz, where the town was full of colorful energy and sound, and then being able to retreat to our "oasis." We would stay here again. Logistics were easy, host (Simon) was at the ready, and things were smooth.
It was a real pleasure to stay at this location. Great space, everything in perfect state and moreover, very warm & cosy.
Simon took us from his office to the apartment, which is a little bit far from the malecón (about a 30 minute walk) but still a super intimate place to stay. The apartment has two rooms, hence it'd fit a party of four for sure.
Thanks Simon for everything!
The location is outstanding and the condo was clean and well-appointed. We loved having dinner on the roof, watching the sunset and enjoying a panoramic view of the city and the Bay of La Paz. The condo complex has a gated street-level garage that we accessed with a automatic door opener provided by Simon - super convenient.
We stayed one week in the Master Penthouse and it was great! The place is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures, and very clean and well-maintained. It comes stocked everything you need to enjoy your stay -- tons of towels, good kitchen equipment, etc. The pool was too cold to use in January (as Simon had warned us), but it was still a nice place to hang out. We were three people (two adults and a child), but we could have easily fit another kid and two adults in the place. Definitely recommended.
We had a phenomenal time staying at this place in La Paz! The place is amazing with plenty of bedroom and living space. The pictures don't lie - the view is that spectacular. All modern appliances, comfortable bedding and plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. It's not quite in the main area of town, but it's only a $5 cab ride or so (if you negotiate). And actually, we did walk one evening to the main street in about 20 minutes or so.
Simon was excellent to work with, from the initial communication back and forth to providing clear "taxi directions" to his office. From there, he drove us to the place, showed us around, and we talked a little about the city as well. Plus, there was a 3-ring binder full of info related to La Paz, and navigating Mexico in general, as well as personal recommendations for restaurants, activities, and much more.
We would stay in this place again in a second... both for the place itself and because Simon was so helpful and accommodating.
This property was great. Getting situated was easy and convenient--we were given a code to the door and a remote gate opener to bring our car onto the grounds. Spectacular view from the balcony.
We made many of our meals and the kitchen is well supplied with cookware. The hotel next door has a restaurant and we often took advantage of its breakfast, which offered a good range of quality food reasonably priced.
There is a water cooler in the condo and the 24hr grounds keeper will replace it for you when it runs out.
We were happily impressed by this condo and hope you will be too.
I would have given it five stars, but the on-going construction starting in the early morn, barking dogs and someone's house or car alarm (over three nights) that went on was a bit of an aggravation. There is a gravel road to get to the complex that is a bit too far for walking to\from the Malecon, so having a car is really preferred. The condo itself is well-equipped. The TV is a bit complicated to use so make sure you get clear instructions on how to operate it, especially if you want to watch movies. Simon is an excellent manager and was very easy to contact both before and during our stay. He has good tips and insight into the area.
This house was amazing and so was our host Simon Loftus!
The pictures of this house really can't capture the feel and experience you have when staying there. The views from the many decks at this house are breathtaking. We spent quite a bit of time just hanging out on the deck cooking with the gas grill and enjoying the views. What's also another huge selling point is how close you are to Balandra and Telocote beaches. The neighborhood was very clean and safe as expected with a gated community.
Simon Loftus was flexible and understanding when our arriving flight was delayed. He made sure we had the keys in hand and did a complete and thorough walkthrough of the house late into the evening. He also spent time answering any and all questions about the area and house. We had several questions about the house during our stay and contacted Simon Loftus via email. His typical response time was 10-15 minutes which is fantastic. Amazing actually. Simply put we'll definitely be using Simon Loftus again and highly recommend Simon Loftus to anyone staying in La Paz or surrounding areas.
We had a great stay! the apartment was clean, secure and comfortable. Getting the keys and dropping them off was easy and Simon was very friendly!
