Our modern, high-end studios are located in the heart of the city, right at Oktogon, near Andrássy Avenue and Király Street. All units are private, each featuring its own bathroom and entrance door. They are also equipped with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, LCD TV, and air conditioning.

The apartment building has a reception and is equipped with CCTV cameras. Please note that this unit is accessible by stairs only. Perfect for bigger groups.

We have several units available for rent in this building, some of which are connected by interconnecting door, making them ideal for groups of friends.

CLEANING:
We strive to be an environmentally friendly accommodation, which is why we do not provide daily housekeeping. For stays of more than three nights, we offer light housekeeping. However, if you need extra towels or additional cleaning, please let us know—we can arrange it for a small fee. Thank you!
Mandatory cleaning for more than a week long reservations:
10 euro per week.

ROOM ALLOCATION
We can accommodate up to 14 people on one floor. If your group is larger, additional units are available on a different floor. Our prices are based on two people sharing one room. Unless otherwise requested, every two guests will be allocated one room.

Rooms with a kitchen/kitchenette are subject to availability—please inquire in advance.

REGISTRATION
As per the new Hungarian legislation effective from September 1, 2021, we are required to scan all guests' identification documents upon arrival. If we do not meet in person at check-in, you will need to send a clear photo of each guest's ID card (front & back) or passport via email. Please note that we cannot accommodate guests without this information.

Additionally, a full address, including postal code, is required for the invoice.

CHILDREN POLICY
0-6 years: 1 child per room stays free of charge when sharing a bed with parents.
7-12 years: 1 child per room can stay for €15 per day when using an extra bed.

The apartments are located at the most popular area of the city central right next to Andrássy avenue (the main and most beautiful broadway in Budapest), Király street (the street of bars and restaurants), Oktogon (Budapest central square) and the lively Liszt Ferenc square (full of trendy bars and restaurants also). Have a look at the map and you will see that the location cannot get any better than this whatever your preferences are. Many bars and ruin pubs can be found in the area as well as exclusive restaurants. We are basically next to the party district, you and your friends can reach easily the biggest parties of Budapest. Our building is in walking distance from the Western railway station, House of Terror Museum, Erzsébet-, Deák- and Hero's square, Széchenyi bath and other highlights of the city as well as the Danube.

In the area you can find: the huge shopping center: WestEnd, Spar supermarket, smaller food and veg shops, DM (for toiletries and household items), teahouses, cafes, banks, currency exchange offices, (website hidden), McDonalds, Burger King, gym so whatever you need, really.

Due to its downtown location it is perfect stay for business travellers who want to reach their appointment / meeting point in just a few minutes. It is also perfect for our leisure guests who came to discover Budapest, because we have many points of interests close to our accommodation.
