Please find below just a little summarize of our misadventure with Namz :
• Namz Khan were unreachable before our journey in London and I had to harass you to get information concerning our booking and our accommodation in London;
•The day before our arrival in London, he or she inform me about a problem in the apartment (with the boiler) and about the switch of the accommodation with another one. Is it necessary to precise that I never succeed to reach Namz by phone and that he or she answered to my several emails with many hours of delay,
•The new accommodation was in a somewhat unsanitary building and the lock of our flat’s door (on the ground floor of course…) was nearly defective and just a little punt in the door would have been enough to break it.
•Inside the accommodation, there was no possibility to have a minute of privacy, for having a shower nor going to the toilets: none of the doors could be closed or locked. The people walking in the corridor had the great opportunity to see the one in the bathroom or the other in the toilets!
•The icing of the cake was obviously the fact that we had a problem with the boiler also and that, given the lack of fixing, we had no hot water during our stay. You can imagine that after a long walk visiting London, you can expect more than a cold shower in an unlocked bathroom in a disastrous building. I can’t imagine what would be the surprise of a family with a baby if they have booked this flat! No comment…
The apartment was confortable enough for 5 people. It was very, very well located, and it had a convenience store practically right next to it.
The 2-place sofa was broken so we couldn't sleep on it, although the matress was good enough to sleep on the floor.
It wasn't a noisy neighborhood, and there was a top floor terrace with a nice view.
El departamento esta muy bien, solo uno de los sofa cama estaba roto y era poco confortable para dormir, el resto perfecto. El problema fue el ingreso, le mande dos email a traves de la plataforma de airbnb pidiendo la direccion y el departamento exacto y nunca contesto, supuse entonces que habria alguien espernadome o al menos un conserje del edificio al tanto, pero al llegar no habia nadie. Llame reiteradas veces al celular que dejo y no tuve respuesta. Tuve que terminar con mi familia buscando un hotel, recien al dia siguiente pude ubicarlo. Si bien me fue devuelta la noche que no use fue un gran contratiempo...

O anfitrião deixou café, chá e cereais para que pudéssemos usar e o local estava limpo e bem arrumado. Encontramos exatamente o que estava anunciado, a localização era ótima, perto da estação Aldgate East - que passa pelas linhas District e Hammersmith & City - e não tivemos problemas para andar nos arredores durante a noite. O apartamento fica próximo de um mercado Tesco Express, ótimo para comprar comida barata, e também de um KFC e Burger King. A experiência foi ótima.

Namz is very helpful and he provides sufficient information regarding keys or the check in process. Although he was in a meeting, he still quickly contact me to know my problems.
Security is good!
In overall, it is similar to what was described in the advertisement. It is clean, neighbourhood is quiet. Tea & coffee & cereal are provided. 5 of us feel comfortable while staying in the property.
One small thing i will recommend is to show guest how to close the window properly. Haha. This is because i took quite a while to learn how to close the window.
I will definitely recommend someone else regarding this place.
