My comfortable one bedroom is calming and relaxing—perfect for a quiet night's sleep. It has a queen-sized bed and comfortably sleeps two. You can use the kitchen and covered carport parking.
Coming to Indy? Perhaps to catch a sporting event or conferene or just to visit the Midwest? If so, I have a quaint private bedroom in a two-story, brick home built in 1900 not far from downtown Indy. The home has been updated with a contemporary design. The bed is a comfortable, queen-sized bed, and the bedroom has plenty of privacy with natural light. You also get your own private bathroom that has been refurbished with great shower. My bedroom is perfect for a relaxing, quiet getaway from the hubbub of downtown.
Home is a ten minutes directly east of downtown or about 25 minutes from the airport. A bus line is half block away if you choose to ride the bus, and you get car port parking if you have a car.
Just a few minutes from Irvington and several locally owned restaurants, including Jockamo's, The Legend, Black Acre Brewery, and Steer In. Lazy Daze Coffee and Starbuck's are also a few minutes away.
Be a guest in my home and relax. Complimentary continental breakfast served (English muffin, yogurt, juice, fruit).
The neighborhood is an urban area, on the edge of the quaint village of Irvington. The house is located on Washington Street, which is one the main east-west streets in Indianapolis, which makes getting around very easy.
A bus stop has buses heading downtown is just two houses away. The bus ride is about a 15-minute ride, depending on traffic and the time of day. You can also drive in about 10 minutes. T
Chad was an excellent host. His place is spacious, clean and very inviting. Chad was out of town when we were there so we had a nice, quiet stay. He was very responsive to our every question by text. We feel in love with his interesting city and we're very pleased with our stay. Thanks again!
I have to say I was wary about doing any kind of vacation rental (this is my first AIRBNB experience). Chad is an incredibly down to earth, sweet guy and he treats the experience as if it were a first-class hotel. Down to leaving you fancy soap and towels folded neatly on your bed. The bathroom was beautiful, clean, and that BED! The most comfy bed I have ever slept in -- IN MY LIFE. Heavenly. I enjoyed him and even got to know him and consider him a friend now. I highly recommend this wonderful abode. Beautifully decorated and he's just an all-around amazing guy.
Chad has a lovely home. Clean, esthetic..
Room was a good size, comfortable bed. Enjoyed my breakfast . Thank you Chad.
The house is very near the bus stop. No stores or restaurants nearby , but the bus passes by several fast food places and drug stores on the way to downtown. You do have to walk about 3 blocks to get the # 8 going back as Washington is one way near the mall.. 3 blocks and it is two way again,,dropping right near Chad's house.
Chad is super friendly and helpful. Picked me up at the bus stop on arrival, which was a great relief.
Having a key meant I could come and go freely.
I was rotating at indiana university hospital and stayed 1 mo. 10-15min drive to hospital, easy drive to downtown. House is great, fixed up very nicely. Had my own parking spot. Highly recommend.
The room is comfortable and very clean and Chad is helpful. I enjoyed my staying at Chad's place very much.
Chad was a great host. I was here on business, so I wasn't at the place too much. The internet access was fast, and there are plenty of common spaces where I could use my computer. I bet it's a blast staying here on leisure as well.
Chad accommodated a late night check-in - around midnight. I'm very thankful for that.
Be sure to head over to Black Acre brewery for trivia on Wednesday nights.
I stayed here for a conference in Indianapolis. Like the other reviews, this place is totally awesome. I recommend you it is a very good place to stay. And, Chad is very kind person for host. I have any trouble while I staying here.
