Designed with groups in mind, our home features expansive common areas, including 2 dining rooms with seating for 14 people, 2 living rooms—one of which boasts a sleeper sofa for extra flexibility—and a fully equipped kitchen that's ready to handle the culinary needs of your entire party, complete with 2 fridges and 2 stoves.

✔ This house was built in 1914 and has most of the original wood from that time - including the original hardwood floors and trim. (This also includes some historical imperfections!) We strive to maintain a balance between a modern look and the historical charm of this wonderful house.

We have snow shovels, rock salt (ice melter), a snow brush, and umbrellas in the back room. The pet supplies (pet beds, food, and water stations, etc.) are also stored here. The high chair, child's bath, and other baby essentials are in this room as well.
★HEATING/COOLING★
We use smart thermostats to control the temperature remotely, but you can adjust the temperature yourself. Just touch the screen on the thermostat and push the up or down arrows to raise or lower the temperature. If you get stuck, just send us a message, and we'll get it where you want it. :-)
★FIRST AID KIT★
There is a first aid kit located in the kitchen, on the counter, and easy to spot. If you use any supplies from it, please let us know. We like to keep it stocked well and useful.
Guest access
You have access to the entire first and second floors, and the basement for laundry.

Matthew had so many extras to accommodate all of us - games for kids, pack and plays for the babies, dog bed, tv’s in every room and plenty of room for all. The kitchen worked so well for family meals with plenty of cooking and refrigerator space. This is a fabulous period house with neat historical features. We really appreciated the extra supplies he provides. - so many cozy throw blankets and snack surprises in each room.❞

Other things to note
✔ The house is on a moderately busy main street that can be noisy at times. Parking is behind the house, and entry is from the front porch or back door.
