Right across from the Grandote Peaks 18 hole golf course with the Cucharas River running along our property, it is perfect for large groups (up to 16 people depending on how many couples or singles). The entire property was renovated in 2023: brand new flooring, kitchen, appliances, bathrooms and furniture, new central air and heat, huge patios, gorgeous views, and right across from the Pizzeria and golf course, this beautiful property is modern, yet quaint.

The space
The property is a 4000 SF lodge with 4 bedrooms and an entertainment room right across from the golf course and surrounded by our RV park. There are 75" TV's in the living room and entertainment room.
The beds are as follows: king in the master; king bed, twin bed and queen pullout in the entertainment room; 3 queen pullout beds in the finished garage with 2 recliners; 2 queen beds in the first bedroom upstairs; and one queen in each of the other two bedrooms. Total # of sleeping spaces is 21 if there are multiple couples. if you need just a single room with two queens bed, look up the Ranch House Inn on Airbnb which is located on the other side of the property.
