Nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street, this charming two-bedroom ranch is a warm and inviting place to relax after a winter day exploring Niagara Falls. Built in 1951, the home was purchased by my grandparents in 1953 after arriving from Sicily and found its way back to our family 43 years later. We’re proud to share this special piece of our history with you.

You’ll have the entire home to yourself, featuring two cozy bedrooms with queen-size beds and smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen makes winter meals easy, complete with a gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker stocked with coffee and tea, and a full-size refrigerator.

Sip your morning coffee, turn the heater on in the sunroom or curl up in the evening with a good book and unwind in a peaceful, comfortable setting. Thoughtfully maintained and full of character, Niagara Bungalow offers a cozy home base for couples, families, or a quiet seasonal getaway.

A pack-and-play is available in the bedroom closet for guests traveling with little ones.

Niagara Falls has faced economic challenges, but we as residents have remained proud and resilient. While some areas may show signs of defacement our community is still safe and welcoming to visitors. There are some homes in the city that have boarded windows and a few abandoned store fronts, but our community is still strong with many residents that work hard to preserve its history and heart.
