Among the historical Trastevere and Testaccio districts and within the historical downtown of the Eternal City, at Via Eugenio Barsanti no. 30 you can find Residenza Barsanti, which offers to its guests the opportunity to live Rome with the quality of a luxury hotel and the comfort of an apartment.
Thank to its favorable location, you can reach Argentina Place, Navona Square and the Pantheon by “Tram 8” within a few minutes; also line B of the underground is really near (Trastevere station).
The Rome of the Popes, with the celebrated San Pietro Square and the Vatican Museum, is within one underground stop (San Pietro station).
Within a few bus stops you can find the Caesarean area of Rome, with Circo Massimo, the Colosseum and the Imperial Holes.
Moreover, if you are looking for some fun, the historical Trastevere, Ostiense and Testaccio districts, with their restaurants, bars and fashion places are easily achievable also by foot.
Within the apartment you can find several bars, supermarkets and restaurants.
All the above makes Residenza Barsanti the ideal starting point for your holiday in the Eternal City.
Residenzia Barsanti is a convenient place for your stay in Rome. Ten minutes by foot to Stazione Trastevere with direct connection to Fiumicino airport. Tram 8 takes you to Largo di Argentina, and you are in the historic center of Rome. The flat is on the fifth floor, nice, tidy and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upon arrival there is fruit, ingredients for a meal and a complimentary bottle of wine from the host. Highly recommended.
Best regards Lars
We had a fantastic time at here, Emanuele's father met us at the apartment for checkin formalities and showed us how things worked. The apartment is very clean and spacious and nothing about it didn't meet our expectations. It is within a couple of minutes walk of Travestere Rail station which is on the direct trainline to Aeroporto di Fiumicino (about 7 stops) and also the no. 8 tram which takes you all the way into Largo di Torre Argentina, about a 12 minutes journey.
There was a fresh fruit basket awaiting us on arrival and bottled water in the refrigerator. There is an excellent turkish cafe about 30 yards away which serves great cappucinos and custard or nutella filled croissants. 2 coffees and 2 croissants cost 4 euros.
I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome.
The apt was very comfortable and spacious. Our complaint is it is too far from the city center and tourist areas. Coming home late at night can be difficult since no one in the area speaks English.
This is a great apartment, very spacious, well-equipped and clean. It was a bit out of town, but you can easily catch a train or tram into the city. We didn't meet Emanuele but his father showed us around and was very friendly. The wifi was good, and overall it was a pleasant experience!
