Private saltwater pool will be set to a comfortable 80°F. If you prefer to increase the temperature up to 89°F during your stay, the following additional fees will apply:

CASA DÉJÀ VU IS FULLY DISINFECTED AND PROFESSIONALLY THOROUGHLY CLEANED BEFORE EACH CHECK-IN, OUR PRIORITY IS TO PROTECT OUR GUESTS
SORRY NO DOGS OR PETS
We DO NOT accept dogs or pets. We know that they are part of the family (but the house IS NOT CONDITIONED in any of its areas for them to be)
DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE
There is a designated area in the garage for this.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 charge for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED
We want you to fully enjoy your stay at Casa Déjà Vu.
However, this is not a place for parties, unregistered guests, or inappropriate activities.

The home is exclusively yours
During your stay you can enjoy it without interruptions, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. This property is for the use of registered guests only; anyone not included in the reservation is not permitted on the property.
External Services
For safety reasons, any external providers (private chefs, photographers, stylists, etc.) must be approved in advance by the host. Guests are responsible for ensuring providers respect the house rules and leave all areas clean.
Important
Additional FEES will apply for damages to the property or utensils, as well as for the presence of unauthorized guests or the organization of pool parties.

ARRIVING:
You will park right in front of the house and you will see a green door. You will see an electronic lock in that door.
DOOR CODE:
We will send you the door code the same day of your arrival.
CHECK IN:
Check In time is at 4:00PM.
CHECK OUT:
Check out is at 11:00 AM, please be concient of this rule so we can get in there and get it ready for the next guest. (A fee will be applied for the late check-out.)
PARKING:
You will have your three parking spaces in front of the house. Please don't park on the grass.
RULES:
Please make sure you read and agree with our house Rules.
NO PARTIES: We don't allow parties under any circumstances, this is a residential neighborhood and we will terminate your reservation and call the police if you break this rule. $500 Fine
NO SMOKING: inside or on the property's pool patio, $500 fine
