We’d like to invite you to our stylish 125 m² duplex apartment. What can you expect?
Bright, light-flooded rooms with high ceiling, especially on the upper floor, where you’ll find our kitchen, dining and living-room area. From there you can enter the 50m² terrace with a gorgeous view to the surrounding mountains.
On the lower floor there is a bedroom for two persons, the bathroom, a toilet, a storage room and two other rooms (with one bed in each). The second toilet is located on the upper floor.
The whole apartment is equipped with floor heating.
Bed-linen and towels are included. You may of course use our kitchen equipment and dishes.
If you arrive by car, we can offer you our underground garage.
After a long sightseeing day in Salzburg you can reload your batteries in our modern but cozy apartment and enjoy relaxing moments.
The apartment is located in a pleasant neighborhood, just below the “Gaisberg”, one of the City Mountains. Public transportation is just around the corner (within 10 minutes you are in the city centre, but of course the bus also takes you to the surrounding lakes and mountains). The old-town of Salzburg is in easy walking distance (about 20 minutes). You may as well use the apartment as a starting point for hiking tours. For further references regarding sightseeing, restaurants or sports activities don’t hesitate to contact us.
Sonja and Georg were very helpful. They helped us with directions to their place and showed us the things we needed to know to have a great stay at their place. Their duplex apartment is gorgeous and looks even better in person. Thank you for having us!
A terrific apartment in a quiet location of Salzburg yet only 20 minute walk to the centre of town. There is a bus stop on the corner which is very convenient to the station and airport as well as Salzburg generally.
The apartment had Central heating which was fantastic during our winter stay. There is a well appointed kitchen and a large patio.
The only only things I would improve is the pillows and towels, there are convenient sensors downstairs but unfortunately you have to close the bedroom does at night as the sensors pick up any movement in the rooms and wake you - I must say I prefer to have the door open for air.
All in all I would disastrous recommend this apartment and would stay again, and the host were very nice people. Thank you Georg and Sonja.
Sonja and Georg were the perfect hosts, and their apartment is absolutely amazing. They collected us from the train station and then took us on a tour of the apartment which turned out to be beautiful, clean, well organised and had everything we needed. We wanted to live there forever! For travellers going to Salzburg in Winter, the apartment was warm and comfortable and so lovely that we didn't feel guilty staying at home and cooking for a quiet evening in. I can imagine it would be even more magical in the warmer months with a spacious outdoor area that we unfortunately didn't get to make use of. Thank you Sonja and Georg for such a wonderful AirBnB experience!
Sonja and Georg met us at the apartment and showed us everything we needed to settle in.
They were perfect hosts and their apartment is a perfect base for exploring the beautiful city of Salzburg.
We will definitely be hoping to stay here again on our next visit.
Tolle Wohnung, super Gastgeber. Alles bestens, danke!
Sonja and Georg's apartment is fantastic. It's spacious and very we'll kept. The deck is gorgeous and the views are incredible. The city center is a short bus ride and the bus stop is close by. The apartment is a bit of a walk, so taking the bus (which runs very regularly) is the best option.
Sonja and Georg have a beautiful apartment in Salzburg. It's big (really big!), modern, clean and has everything you need. The safe underground parking was a big plus for us too.
The location is great as the no. 2 bus is a very short walk and takes you right outside the Mirabell gardens.
The provided information book is a useful resource as it tells you everything you need to know about the apartment and also had information about the city.
I would highly recommend Sonja and Georg's apartment.
Sonja and Georg met us at the property and were very helpful with explaining everything we needed to know about their lovely apartment. Sonja has put together a fabulous guide for guests which gave us a handy reference for the house as well as some great info on Salzburg. While it sadly rained a bit for us in Salzburg, it was a pleasure to come home at night to their well appointed apartment. The shower was a particular favourite after a cold day out.
This is a nice, big apartment on the outskirts of Salzburg with plenty of light. We didn't cook but as Salzburg more or less closes down at 8:30 pm, it is very convenient having a kitchen. There is a Greek restaurant 10 minutes away that stays open till 12. It took us 30 minutes to walk to the old town. We left our car in the underground parking. There is also a bus stop nearby. It is a good idea to bring lots of reading material and videos. There is no television in the apartment. It rained just about the whole time we were there. On the one sunny day we had a wonderful time touring in Salzkammergut -- highly recommended. There is a very big balcony but because of the rain and it not having any shelter, we didn't make much use of it. If you want to save on having all your meals outside and like having more room than you would in a hotel, this is a good option in Salzburg.
