Keep it relaxed and simple at this completely modern, peacefully beautiful and centrally-located place. Bike to Payne Park (tennis) or Pompano Park (pickleball) via the nearby Legacy Trail. Minutes to downtown, Southside Village and Siesta or Lido Beach. Expansive, private yard with two screened lanais, firepit, grill, outdoor seating, etc. Nicely equipped with separate workspace too. 7 night minimum required. City of Sarasota Vacation Rental Certificate Number VR24-00108.

The space
Spectacular king master suite with a private lanai and luxurious bath and two spacious queen guest bedrooms with Egyptian cotton bedding. Minutes to the Legacy Trail with two beautiful new bike Electra Townie cruisers. One mile from Payne Park to the west and one mile to Pompano and Pickleball to the east. Nicely appointed with all new kitchen and baths.

Entire house and large double lot yard. Loads of private parking including room for a small RV.

Other things to note
On a quiet cul de sac but minutes to downtown, beach, Ringling, Selby, Sarasota Art Museum and Van Wezel and many more attractions. Few blocks from Legacy Trail leading to Payne Park and Pompano Pickleball. Minimum stay of 7 nights.
