I am a social person and love to have company, I am also a very busy person, so you may not see a lot of me during your stay but when you do I will make you feel comfortable and welcome you as guests in my home.
I have another business that I run from this location, Phillip Island Massage, where I offer individual treatments and training, so you can inquire for massages, facials, reiki, hot stones. I am an accredited aromatherapist and pride myself on professionalism with warmth.

The Neighborhood

The beaches in San Remo are superb!! There is a great back beach at the end of our street where I go snorkelling and swimming. If you surf there is a great break just around the corner a bit further, easy walking or a 2 minute drive to the car park.

San Remo is still very quiet and has the fishing village feel to it, the people are friendly, relaxed and welcoming of visitors to the area.

Once you arrive you can leave the car parked and walk to Marine Parade, our main street, where there are 2 pubs, a great supermarket with deli and bottle shop, a few restaurants, fish and chips and a fantastic choice of cafes.

There is also great shopping with a few boutique homewares, pharmacy, butcher, electrical and clothing stores.

We have stunning coastline to explore and there are great walks everywhere around the area including an easy walk from our place, around the coast, past the fishing fleet in San Remo and along the Back Beach back home again. That takes about an hour, or you can go a little further along the beach to the lookout which is an extra 15 minutes each way. I often go for a morning walk and take photos of the sunrise from this track.

The Penguin Parade takes place at sunset each evening. The Penguins come ashore to feed their young and return to their families. If you arrive and you're not close to the front of the crowd, don't worry, the crowd changes. Many of the international visitors are hurried off to the next point in their bus tour so you'll have an opportunity to get closer. When you are heading back up to the visitor centre after the parade you will get a close up look from the boardwalks as the Penguins go into their burrows which are dotted along beside the boardwalks. General admission has concrete bleachers that you sit on so you at want to bring something to sit on so you don't sit directly on the concrete.

Churchill Island is another beautiful place to visit and has a 1940's working farm with sheep, cattle, and a host of birdlife. it is approx. 10 minute drive from here.

Koala Conservation Centre has raised boardwalks where you can get up close to Koalas in their natural habitat, and is about 15 minute drive from here.

These 3 attractions all have an entrance fee, except for Churchill Island if you only want to walk around or go to the cafe. You can buy a 3 park pass that will give you a discount if you want to visit all 3.

In San Remo every day at noon there is pelican feeding at the Jetty and it is FREE! It's a really close up and personal look at the pelicans and is quite a treat. There is a great fish and chips cafe right there and it's interesting walking around looking at the fishing boats as well.

If you do go the penguin parade it is best to allow extra time to go down to the Nobbies. There is a cafe and a walking track around the area. If you have binoculars bring them with you because you can look across to Seal Rocks where there is a colony of fur seals living. There is also a boardwalk with spectacular scenery.

Purple Hen Winery is a good place to share a platter and take in the peaceful surrounds with a glass of locally made wine.

Phillip Island Winery has music most weekends and a great variety of food to enjoy.

The Amaze'n'things is a fun place with lots of activities where you can spend a few hours getting lost in the maze, mini golf, indoor puzzles, giant slide and heaps of other things.

If there is anything else you would like more information in please do not hesitate to contact me.

Warm regards
