Sun Ridge has been in our family for over 35 years! We are second generation owners and recently fully remodeled the property. It was intentionally designed with your comfort and luxury in mind. Every detail — from the bedding to the gathering spaces — has been thoughtfully curated to create an exceptional guest experience.

Here, you will find the ease of home paired with the privacy of a gated estate, offering a retreat-like atmosphere while traveling for World Cup 2026 or special group occasions.

🏡 House Rules

To ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for all guests, please review the following:

1️⃣ Maximum Occupancy

• Maximum of 18 registered overnight guests
• All guests must be listed on the reservation
• No unregistered visitors without prior approval. Additional guest may be accommodated upon request.

2️⃣ No Parties or Unauthorized Events

• No parties permitted inside the home or on the property
• Gatherings beyond the registered guest count are not allowed and will be fined $100.00
per guest.
• Excessive noise, amplified outdoor music, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate cancellation without refund

This estate is designed for private group stays — not open events unless renting the venue.

An on-site venue space is available for rent if you wish to host:

The venue must be reserved separately and approved in advance.

• A refundable security deposit applies to World Cup bookings
• Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear

🐾 Pets & Service Animals

• We do not allow pets on the property.

• Guests traveling with a trained service animal are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.

• Due to the size of the home and the additional deep cleaning required to prepare the property for future guests with allergies, a $500 cleaning fee will apply for stays with a service animal.
