Spring Harbor Lodge is a beautifully restored home on Lake Winnipesaukee. This is one of two homes (Spring Harbor Lodge and The Cottage at Spring Harbor) located on this beautiful property that sits on a channel that leads to Smith Cove on Lake Winnipesaukee. Enjoy this peaceful setting with the views of the water and access to your own dock for up to a 25 foot boat. This vintage home was built in 1930 and has been updated to modernize what is necessary and maintain it's original charm.

The space
Step back in time while enjoying all the modern comforts at Spring Harbor Lodge, a beautifully restored 1930s home on Lake Winnipesaukee. Nestled along the peaceful channel leading to Smith Cove, this inviting lakeside retreat offers vintage character, cozy gathering spaces, and stunning sunset views over the water.

Thoughtfully updated to meet every guest’s needs, the Lodge comfortably hosts up to 10 guests while preserving its original charm.

Main Floor:
The first floor features a queen bedroom, a ¾ bath, an updated kitchen with direct access to the sunroom, a classic dining room, a deck with seating, and a comfortable living room perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.

Upstairs:
The second floor includes a newly remodeled full bathroom with double sinks and a shower, plus three welcoming bedrooms:
Primary: King-size bed
Second: Queen-size bed
Third: Queen-size + full-size bed

Lower Level:
Head downstairs to the game room for a friendly match of pool, ping pong, or darts—a fun spot for guests of all ages.

Outdoor Enjoyment:
Sip your morning coffee or evening wine on the deck overlooking the channel, or relax in the front sunroom. Gather around the gas fire pit for cozy evenings. Guests have access to a shared dock with a designated boat slip for boats up to 25 feet. Four kayaks and four bicycles are available to share between the two homes for exploring the lake and local area.

The Glendale Town Docks are just 2 minutes away, offering two public launch ramps, and a boat launch pass is available upon request.

Pet Policy:
We welcome one small dog (under 50 lbs) per reservation. Please provide the breed and weight when booking. A pet fee doe apply. Cats and other animals are not permitted.

Spring Harbor is a beautiful 2-acre waterfront property featuring two rental homes — Spring Harbor Lodge and The Cottage at Spring Harbor — each offering a peaceful lakeside experience. Guests staying at the Lodge have full access to their private rental home, designated parking spaces, and one boat slip on the shared dock. To make the most of your stay, enjoy use of four kayaks and four bicycles, which are shared between both homes for exploring the lake and surrounding area.

Welcome to Spring Harbor! This property is owned and operated by a father and his three daughters. We are experienced hosts who have been renting out Spring Harbor for over three (3) years. The Lakes Region holds a very special place in our hearts. The Big Lake is perfect for gathering family and friends for some fun in the sun, relaxation, great food and drinks, and beautiful views. We look forward to sharing our little piece of heaven with you!
