Charming Studio located in the heart of Greenwich Village.
This is a small artist studio with a sofa bed, no kitchen -only mini fridge and microwave. Share full bathroom is in the hallway. The studio facing south with great lights on 3rd floor in a walk-up building.

* Check in is at 3 pm (if you are arriving earlier , please request in advance and I will offer you my place to drop off your bags and pick up keys but you must wait until 3 pm to fully check in)
Great location in gorgeous West Village. Clean room that's well organized, more than others on here. Has all you need and wellplaced. Nice, accommodating host.
Ji's place was great and she was very helpful with any request. The shared bathroom wasn't an issue for me at all as I never saw anybody else using it. Great base right next to Union Square!
This is such a great space, very convenient to anything you would ever need in the city and close to 5th avenue shopping. Ji was very pleasant and welcoming upon arrival. The space is small, yet simple and clean. Although I spent most of my time walking around the city, the time spent at the studio was very comfortable. Parking is simple, especially on weekends; I was able to leave my car only one block away for Saturday/Sunday. I recommend "Bees Knees" for coffee or "Rosemarys" for brunch, both within 3 blocks walk. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much!
Ji was great! Informative and left me water bottles and cheerios for a snack if I wanted it! I would definitely recommend this studio and Ji as a host for anybody wanting a cute place to stay in a wonderful location in Manhattan.
The apartment is warm and comfortable - just nice for one person. It's in a great area as well. It's well-decorated and has lots of convenient amenities like fresh linens and towels, a mini kettle, a microwave, a fridge, etc.
Ji is incredibly sweet and accommodating. She was flexible with check-in and allowed me to check-out late too. She was very communicative as well - there was a small leak with the sink in the room and a leak in the bathroom down the hall that rendered it unusable for about a day, and Ji was very helpful in suggesting alternatives for me so I could use the facilities.
Ji was a great host. I got delayed coming in to town & she was flexible about meeting up with me to give me the keys.
The place was small but had a cozy feel & was perfect for my needs. The bed was comfy. The setup is unusual in that the bathroom is in the hall. However, I never ran into anyone else using the bathroom, so it really wasn't inconvenient. There is also a sink in the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place.
Ош Lee is a great host with lovely apartment!
Ideal for 1
Exactly as is in the photograph. Quiet apartment in a quiet street. Warm and cosy.
More than I had expected. The fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave were convenient. Laundry downstairs in the basement very handy too.
No problem with the share bathroom. It was cleaned daily, and i never came across anyone else using it.
Very close to all sorts of shops from food to clothing, and the Union Square market, Washington Square. Definitely a great location if you're into music.
I'd definitely stay there again.
It was my first airnbnb experience and everithing was very good!
The studio is small, 'time proved') but quiet, clean and very nice. It has almost everything that you need. Great design that I fell in love by photos, great chair on the wall! Greenwich Village is one of the best parts in NYC, a lot of sights, restaurants, shops etc in walking distance. Best choice especially if you want to live in quiet artistic area in this gorgeous big city.
Only a bathroom in the hall could be inconvenient and a bit cold in autumn/winter, but actually in's not a big problem.
Jee is a great host and very easy to contact, though we didn't meet a lot.
It was just small problem that she managed full soon.
The studio is rather for one person but two of us could lodge there and we were happy.
The location is perfect. Ji was very friendly, receptive and easy to contact with.
