I WANT A HOUSE comfortable, bright, between The Ancient Centre, the elegant Chiaia district and the Waterfront, and then in the neighborhood full of monuments and attractions. On a high floor with elevator, overlooking the Certosa di San Martino and the Galleria Umberto 1°. I want also equipped with essential services for me: a fully equipped kitchenette, digital TV, a comfortable bed, a sofa bed: all kinds of shops and good restaurants and pizzerias just 50 or 100 meters away, deep cleaning: high speed Internet access wi-fi without limits, garage at 100 m. And if I want to see the surroundings? then I need to be close to public transports (max 150m). Upon my arrival, I also want the tourist info (email hidden) available. In short, a nice place with good value for money:

  • Sergio was an excellent host! Even when our flight into Naples was delayed by 2hours and we didn't arrive until midnight he still waited for us and was kind and helpful. We were able to contact Sergio with queries during our stay and he responded immediately. And great advice on pizzeria!!! The apartment is located in a great spot in the city with the port, waterfront, shopping, and metro nearby. Beautiful city! Highly recommended!!!

  • Location: The apartment was wonderfully located just off a main shopping strip. After arriving to Napoli Centrale and taking the Metro two stops to Toledo, it was a leisurely stroll down this mall and then a 50 meter walk up the street to the building. Via Chiaia is only just around the corner and definitely worth a visit. Keep an eye out for the Magnum ice-cream shop. Note for Aussies: it's this Naple version of Max Brenner - specialised for thé ice-cream.

Apartment: The space was amazingly clean and homey. It was a fantastic place to kick back after a day of visiting Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius (get off at Ercolano Scavi and look left as soon as you exit the station for Vesuvius Express) or trekking west along the coast (as suggested by Sergio - great recommendation). The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was great and the small kitchen was the perfect size for cooking little meals. The wifi was perfect for performing simple searches. We never heard a peep from anyone in the building and the neighbourhood was relatively quiet, considering the city's bustling culture.

Local stores: You can spend hours trekking through the back streets and find amazing little gems throughout it. MUST try the pizzas at the restaurant just down the road and the Japanese restaurant on the other side of the same block. There's plenty of Farmacias through the main street and a couple of supermarkets near the Toledo metro station.

Host: Sergio was wonderfully lovely. He was very flexible with arrival times and was extremely courteous upon arrival. He gave my partner and I some great tips for the city, even though we were there for a couple of days. He was even so generous to have listened to some of my work prior to arrival and (email hidden) (Bourbon Street Jazz Club) a couple of metro stations up the road, however we were unable to make it.

Would easily urge anyone to stay here.

  • We loved the location and convenience of this tiny flat! Clean, in a safe location, Close to the metro and in a vibrant part of the city, it was equipped with everything we may need, including air conditioning which was a total luxury during our trip! Sergio is very helpful and accommodating to travel schedules. We would definitely stay here again!

  • The location was absolutely perfect. You can get everywhere in Napoli easily and made it very simple for us to go to Ishia for the day. The place itself is as seen. Comfortable bed and Sergio has all the info you need in a nearly organized booklet should you need help. He went out of his way to help us connect to the internet as we had issues on our end making it work. Would recommend if you want to have a feel for Napoli.

  • We had a great stay in Sergio's apartment! It's in a perfect location - a 15 minute walk from the port and around half an hour away from the train station if you take the metro (which is really easy to use). Sergio was very friendly and told us all the information we needed about the city and the surrounding area, including how to get to Vesuvius and Pompeii. We cooked a few times and the kitchen had everything we needed. If I were to come back to Naples I'd definitely stay here again.

About
