◆ Noise & Surroundings
Due to the nature of our wooden building, sounds from both inside and outside can be easily heard. While we have implemented soundproofing measures, you will hear the sounds of people working in the Tsukiji Outer Market early in the morning, traffic on the main road, and voices or footsteps from other rooms.
◆ Please Be Considerate
Please keep your own voices and footsteps at a considerate volume so that everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay.
◆ About Stair Access
Please note that accessing the room requires using a narrow and steep staircase. Therefore, we kindly ask guests with mobility concerns, those traveling with small children, and pregnant individuals to take this into consideration.
◆ Luggage Tips
Because access is by stairs, large suitcases can be difficult to carry and may pose a safety risk.
We recommend travelling with compact luggage—such as backpacks or cabin-size cases—to make carrying your luggage easier and safer.
Our staff will be happy to assist with carrying your bags, so feel free to let us know if you need help.
◆ Loft Bed
The bed is a loft-style bed, elevated above the floor. Access is via a dedicated staircase, which may feel steep to some guests. Please take care when going up and down.
◆ Low Ceilings
There are several areas in the room where the ceiling is low. Please be mindful of your head, particularly if you're tall, as it’s easy to bump into certain spots.
【For Guests Traveling with Young Children】
Stairs Only: This room is only accessible by stairs. Parents or guardians must supervise and assist children on the stairs at all times.
No Child-Specific Amenities: We do not provide baby-proofing, cribs, or other child facilities.
Noise Considerations: Our old wooden construction carries sound easily. Please keep voices and footsteps to a minimum—especially at night—to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
Please review the above points, and if you have any concerns about safety or the potential for noise in our wooden building—especially when traveling with very young children—kindly consider carefully before confirming your reservation.

■The room has one queen-size bed. If you prefer separate beds, we can provide an additional futon for 1,200 yen. Please let us know in advance if you'd like this option. For groups of three guests, an extra futon will be provided automatically at no additional charge.
