If you are looking for a class accommodation in Rome, look no further.
The apartment on the top floor of a beautiful building , built in 1920, is fully furnished, sunny and quiet.
One bedroom with double bed, one small bedroom with single bed and a living room with double sofa bed, two bathrooms and a large kitchen make it a perfect accommodation for up to 5 people.
The asking price is 100 euro per night, 630 € per week, which will be added to the city tax (3,5 € per person per night); the tax will be paid at the time of entry into the house.
The apartment is fully equipped: washing machine, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, small appliances. All linen is included. Wi-fi, land line for domestic calls.
The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Rome. Close to the historic 'District Coppedé' and the beautiful park of Villa Ada, has nearby a typical Roman market, good restaurants and food shops, all within walking distance.
The new subway station of St. Agnes is just a three minute walk away and allows direct connection to Roma Termini station, while the bus line 63 connects with Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum.
The host was very welcoming. He welcomed us with a typed up page long info sheet on some of the best places to eat and some overall info on Rome. He also kindly provided us with the ingredients for a meal and a lovely bottle of wine.
We had a very happy stay at Carlo's apartment. It is very large and airy and clean. Carlo was very responsive & helpful. It's in a lovely part of Rome and has excellent metro & bus services to everywhere you want to go. Lots of great restaurants & bars in the neighborhood. The only little issue is the lack of hanging space or drawers in the main bedroom & then the open storage space in the single bedroom.
We had a really really great time in Carlo's apartment. One of the best Airbnb experiences so far. The apartment is located in a calm and beautiful area of Rome, but close to several amenities and bus/metro stops. The apartment is huge, sunny, well decorated and extremely comfortable. In addition, Carlo was very helpful and kind, left a bottle of wine and food, a map and a letter full of tips of places to see, nice restaurants to try and so on. We absolutely recommend this place and will certainly return on our next time in the Eternal City.
In advance to our trip to Rome Carlo sent us a lot of information. How to get best to the flat from the Airport, what tickets for public transportation are available and how we can contact him when we arrive.
The flat is located on the fourth floor of a wonderful secured old roman house with a lovely elevator for three people or one person and baggage.
Carlo’s daughter welcomed us at the flat to explain everything necessary and gave us useful information about nearby supermarkets and best restaurants on a piece of paper and also marked in a map of Rome. All the hints were very helpful and usable for us as it was our first visit in Rome. Only one location should be added to the map: the L’Arena del Gelato near the Vatican. Yummiest ice-cream in Rome :).
The flat has two bathrooms and a huge kitchen with a nice wooden table, where we had wonderful morning breakfast and late evening times. Carlo is a great host. We spent a whole week in Rome and someday want to come back, as all have great memories. And we hope the flat will be free for this time.
We want to thank Carlo and his family for the nice hospitality!
We have spent a fantastic days in Rome. The apartament is very spacious and bright. Carlo recommended us some places to visit and to eat.
