Warrakilla is a modern 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a multi level beach house complex catering for one or two night stays. For the best value booking a two night stay offers up to 25% discount.
It is located right in the center of the Coles Bay Village, 200 metres from the waters edge. It is a 2 minute walk to local cafes and shop and 4 minutes walk to the waters edge.
The apartment is purpose built and is registered overnight accommodation with the relevant government agencies.

The space
Warrakilla is a one bedroom apartment consisting of a living room/kitchenette and separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, sandwich maker, electric jug, coffee pod machine and crockery. A gas barbecue is conveniently located adjacent to the entrance .
The bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV, luggage racks and wardrobe.
The ensuite bathroom provides a shower, vanity, & toilet.
The living area has reverse cycle air conditioning for heating and cooling, flat screen T.V. couches, dining table and chairs.
It is ideal for couples looking for a short term stay with convenient car parking right at the door.

Guest access
Guests have complete privacy as entry is only via the door to which guests have a key.
There is no access to or from the upper levels of the building.
