This gorgeous apartment features approx. 1,100 square feet on two floors. With lots of character, the apartment has a brand new bathroom with separate tub and shower, kitchen and living room on lower floor with open design, brick walls, hard wood flooring, 4 balconies, and small backyard. Possibility of parking for a small car (please check before reserving). The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances (stove, fridge, hood, microwave). There is also washer & dryer, plasma TV, modern design furniture, wireless internet, cable, heating, electricity, small kitchen appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc), plates, cutlery, linen, etc – everything is top quality!
A baby gate at the top of the stairs makes it safe for active toddlers and young children. The gate can be removed when not needed.
Saint Christophe is one of the downtown’s most beautiful and quiet streets. A true oasis in the middle of the buzz. Super convenient location within a few-minutes’ walk to UQAM University, metro Berri-UQAM (orange and green lines), Ste. Catherine and St. Denis streets, the famous Plateau Mont-Royal, Lafontaine Park, Latin Quarter, Cégep Vieux Montreal, and much more. Close to all kinds of service and amenities (restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, IGA, PharmaPrix, gym Nautilus Plus, etc).
Ideal place to enjoy the best of what Montreal has to offer.

Your home away from home.
Really loved the aptmt. Great location, great amenities, lots of light. If you plan on parking in the back, make sure your car is small enough as it is a tight fit. Perfect for two people. Would highly recommend!
We stayed at Manoela's house for the month of July, 2013. It was our first AirBnB experience and it was exceptional. Manoela was responsive, respectful, kind and went above and beyond for making our stay fantastic.
She knew we were travelling with a 10 month old. The house was clean, tidy and easy to baby proof. She even provided a baby gate and play pen as well as outlet plug covers.
She was extremely responsive when a few minor repairs needed attention and encouraged feedback about the apartment. She was approachable and made us feel comfortable in bringing things to her attention.
The house is very centrally located, in close walking distance to all the festivals, the village, the plateau and so much more. The metro is literally a 2 minute walk and connects you to 3 of the 4 lines.
The space is open and airy, with high ceilings and an open concept living room, kitchen and dining room, which all lead out to a cozy deck off the kitchen. All is well appointed and tastefully decorated.
The beds are comfortable; there is lots of closet space in both bedrooms. The bathroom is brand new and super clean. Enjoy a long bath in the giant soaker tub!
Although central, it is very quiet. There is even a small park across the street for children to play. We would bring our son to play almost every morning!
We went to Montreal for a month to enjoy the Jazz Fest and Just for Laughs and we had an absolutely wonderful trip. In part this was due to Manoela's house and hospitality: we felt right at home!
The next time we return to Montreal, we sure hope that she has room for us. We would love to see her again!

I am originally from Brazil, but Montreal has been my home for the last 5 years and I simply love this city.
I also love travelling and know that being at the right place when visiting a city makes all the difference for a memorable stay. In Montreal, my best tip is to stay close and within walking distance to all the action (eg. the Plateau, Quartier Latin) but not right in it if you wish to have a good night sleep.
Montreal is for sure one of the most vibrant cities of North America. Whether you're enjoying a cold beer on a terrace or a hot café-latte in a small boulangerie, this is the place to be.
You're invited to stay at my apartment and enjoy the best what Montreal has to offer. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
À plus tard et bonne journée.
