  • The 'cottage' was just beautiful (and with a few humid days, the central air was much appreciated!) Nice quiet neighbourhood and our hosts took the time to tell us about local activities, restaurants, etc. Great kitchen and three adorable bedrooms. Everything was included - even dish soap and tissues - all you need to bring is your food and personal items! Thanks Paul & Shoshanna for a great week! We will be back next year.

  • We are a family of five who enjoy exploring and experiencing new places. We loved our four nights at this lakeside cottage. Paul our Host was terrific. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you could want in the kitchen, and there is a large library of DVD movies, family board games and a couple of bikes. Paul lent us his two kayaks which we all had fun with. We used this location as a quiet base away from touristy chaos...Niagara Falls, Vineyards and tourist villages a short drive away! I loved going to sleep each night in the oh so comfy bed with soft linens..to the tranquil sound of the waves hitting the beach.

  • We enjoyed our Eastern weekend at Lake Erie very much. The cottage of Paul and Shoshana is the perfect getaway exploring Niagara area. Especially just before the season starts!

The cottage is well-equipped, clean, and big enough to host parties of 6. And with the large garden and direct access to the lake it is a lovely spot for summer breaks!

Paul and Shoshana are very friendly and extremely helpful in making you feel comfortable and at home.

Absolute a place to keep in mind!

  • Simply put. We had a magical long weekend staying here on Lake Erie. We were wanting for nothing and our hosts were very friendly and lived close by if we needed anything. What a bargain this is. I hope we will return again in the future. If you are looking to get away from it all this is the place. Great views great time.

  • The house is very nice, as shown obove in description and pictures; everything worked fine. It was very clean. Paul was a helpful host before and during our stay; also flexible regarding our late arrival. There were also bicycles availabe, which we didn't use. We really enjoyed the stay and can recommend the house without any restrictions.
The lakeshore in front of the house was ideal for swimming, mostly sandy ground and you could walk a while, before it's getting deep.

  • We had a great stay. The cottage was very cute, cozy and stocked with kitchen supplies, movies, towels, bbq, etc. Everything you could possibly need (aside from your own bathing products) for a get away.

There isn't much of a beach, but the yard is great and you're right on the water. Only concern for families with small children is that there is a steep ledge leading down to the water. Otherwise, the cottage and hosts are great. I'd definitely come back for a second stay.

  • We enjoyed this cottage so much we might be back in the future! Very clean and functional, only one bed was not very comfortable ( futon) but otherwise very high marks. The hosts are very welcoming and charming. Gave us plenty of good instructions and were helpful. Beach is wonderful although not sandy. Highly recommended.
