The Home:
This thoughtfully designed villa feels like a boutique hotel, with four detached, separate, and private guest suites, each featuring their own ensuite bathroom and direct access to connected terraces. Three of the suites are furnished with king-size beds, while the fourth suite includes two double beds. The layout is ideal for guests who value both privacy and connection — with each room connected by a central outdoor staircase and balcony system.
The top floor features a bright, ocean-facing chef’s kitchen, complete with a large dining table, modern appliances, a dishwasher, espresso machine, ice maker, blender, and all the cookware and tools you need to enjoy meals at home.
At the other end, a cozy entertainment room features a comfortable and spacious sectional, SMART TV, and a dedicated desk area. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use, adding extra convenience for longer stays.
