Gorgeous, modern & unique single family home situated on a corner lot with a private pool & wrap around yard + beautiful palm lined walkway that leads you to the majestic Enchanted lake. Feel free to use either of the two Kayaks provided. With the combination of the stucco walls and trees surrounding the property you will feel like you have your own private oasis located just minutes from Aventura mall, shops, the best of Aventura's fine dining and of course the beach.
The space
This recently renovated home is surrounded by a large private outdoor space including a brand new luxury heated pool. It us extremely spacious and features 6 large bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. It features a huge new modern chefs kitchen with enormous windows that bring inside all of the green surroundings of the outdoors while you cook a gourmet meal. There is an oversized living room with a built in electric fireplace and a cozy nook with a desk, and even a baby grand piano. Each bedroom has a smart TV. The house is surrounded on all sides by private outdoor spaces. In addition to the pool, there is a ping pong table, sitting area with a gas fire table, 2 outdoor tables each with seating for 8, and a gas BBQ grill (1 propane tank provided free of charge per stay). The pool area is surrounded by loungers and a sitting area with couches and chairs. There is private access to a gorgeous natural lake where can take the kayaks out for an adventure and watch the jumping fish, swimming ducks, or other elements of nature. We provide 2 kayaks for you, free of charge. The house is only a short 7-10 minute drive to the beach. There are towels (bath, pool and hand - no wash cloths/rugs provided). Complimentary starter hotel size soaps, shampoos and conditioners are provided for you upon check in. Please feel free to use the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for your added enjoyment. Our goal is for you to have an amazing, worry free vacation. We are available to answer any questions you may have and strive to do whatever we can to make sure you have everything you need.

Gorgeous chef Kitchen - comes fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots, and pans. There is a Keurig coffee machine with pods, creamers, and sugar provided free of charge.

Dining Area - Large table that seats 10 guests
Outdoor - A private salt water pool surrounded by greenery has pool floats, lounge chairs with an oversized umbrella, and a lounging area with couches and chairs. A sitting area with a gas burning fire table offers a great relaxing and social spot to hang out. There are multiple tables for dining with plenty of seating available 2 tables with seating for 8 and another for 4. Nearby is a gas BBQ grill (1 propane tank provided free of charge per stay). There is a full sized ping pong table. Two kayaks are available with life vests and paddles to enjoy the breathtaking views of Enchanted Lake. This beautiful pathway to the lake is illuminated by overhead string lights. At night the entire property comes alive with pre set timed lights.
Driveway - Can fit up to 2 cars and is located within the coded gates of the house property for your convenience, additional parking is available on the street.

Pool heating is available at $30 per day with a 3 day minimum. Guest must request pool to be heated at least 2 days prior to arrival.

Guests have private access to the entire property, no spaces are shared.

Pets are welcome at a cost of $200 per pet, however you must notify us in
advance if you are bringing your pet, we will need to know the size and the

Please note that regular maintenance people, such as but not limited to, pool maintenance (usually Monday and Thursday but can change due to weather or scheduling issues), bi - weekly landscapers, monthly extermination services may access the front yard or back yard (any part of the property outside of the house itself) in order to perform their services without prior notice to guest. Please note, we spray our properties regularly and try to keep them bug free to the best of our ability, however there's no 100% success rate when it comes to single family homes in South Florida.
