When 100 baby chickens arrived in the mail (Chris ordered them!) at our previous Denver home, which was on a small city plot, we knew it was time to make a change! Our mid-life awakening has come in the form becoming urban farmers. We bought our 1 acre plot (a mile from Denver) and over the last 5 years have transformed everything about it. We love where we live and we love sharing our lives with others.
