-Out of the deepest love and respect for our space and our neighbors, we are 100% not a party house. No super loud music, no partying vibes. Quiet time 8pm to 8am. Later evening meals, mood music, quiet convos etc are absolutely aok. Non recording noise decibel monitor onsite.
-Most of Hudson consists of historic and wooden townhomes, essentially row houses connected or very close to each other so absolutely zero smoking, vaping, and use of unsupervised candles inside or out. No use of fireplaces, bonfires, or fire pits.
-12 guests max.
-Guests must be at least 23 years of age to book.
-Filled with beautiful and breakable treasures, although we adore children, our space is not suitable for those under the age of approximately 10.
-Stairs built in 1855, and equally historic floors, our space is not recommended for individuals who may have trouble with either.
-Front and back door, front windows, and back gate must be locked at all times. Suggestion to keep car doors locked as well.
-No moving of art or furniture, no tape on walls, no glitter.
-Two cars max in driveway.
-Non slippery shoes on stairs, no socks.
-169 year old nails on floors that randomly misbehave, be very aware of bare feet.
-Although we are on Warren Street, the house is very quiet, however, built in 1855, we are not soundproof from outside or room to room.
-Photo/film/video shoots and wellness/creative/corporate retreats must be pre arranged and paid for under separate contract.
