Come stay at a cozy B&B on our Alpaca farm. Located in the rolling hills of the Palouse, we offer a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in our alpaca barn with beautiful views. We have a microwave, coffee maker, & fridge, with a cold breakfast provided. Sleeps two ( a queen bed).

The space
The B&B is privately attached inside the barn, giving you your own access to come and go as you please!

If staying during summer months, we have a table and chair set up outside for your convenience so you may sip your coffee while watching the sun come up as the alpacas graze. It's a beautiful experience!

Currently blocking a day between guests to better clean and prepare your room for you.
We are limiting our greeted check-in as well, and limiting contact.
Just want you to know your safety and well-being is important.

Coffee, and a cold continental breakfast are provided. For breakfast: muffins or cinnamon rolls, bagels, fresh fruit (bananas or oranges), yogurts and juice are in the fridge. There is a microwave, keurig, induction cooktop, and a toaster.

We are around most of the time and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the alpacas! So, come, stay and learn about how to start your own alpaca herd! They are lovable animals and will capture your heart!

There is also a TV and DVD player with an assortment of movies! Unfortunately, we do not have cable at this time.

There is a small ironing board and iron for your convenience.

We provide Moscow Chamber of Commerce maps and brochures with information about local restaurants, businesses, and things to do!

Animals on our farm: 60+ alpacas, 29 chickens, 12 ducks, barn cats, a goat named Fred, 7 sheep, and 4 very friendly golden retriever dogs, named Violet, Poppy, Branch, and Ivy (all who will most likely be around to greet you, :) and attempt to sneak in your room. Please don’t let them, no matter how much they plead!

Also. We just had to purchase a LGD (livestock guardian dog) as we have had an increase in coyote and cougar activity on our property. These dogs are trained to bark in the night and scare off predators. He’s a very sweet dog, but is a nocturnal working dog AND BARKS. But he’s scared off coyotes already and is earning his keep.
We do provide ear plugs and a sound/noise machine in the room. We just want you to be aware.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: This is a working farm that operates typically from 8-6. with animals, farm hands, flies, and smells. All part of the experience out here! There are people working on and around the farm (feeding animals, cleaning stalls, etc) throughout the day.

We try to be as quite as possible during the morning and evening feedings. But, we are a farm and always something exciting going on or animals escaping.

Although pets are not allowed inside the B&B space, alpaca smells do happen to linger inside and around the barn. It is a farm. If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please contact us before booking. We want you to enjoy your stay with full knowledge of our space! There are ducks and chickens that are free range and they like to talk.

Please let us know if you have any questions/concerns or what we can do to make your stay more comfortable.

Where you’ll be

Viola, Idaho, United States

We are out in the country with our own private drive. It's a very quiet and friendly little community.

There is a post office located on Main Street.
No gas stations or restaurants are in the actual town.

The main highway is about 3/4 mile away, so there is not much road noise, just the hum of the alpacas to help you fall asleep!

During your stay
We are a family run farm and are with our animals and in our barn frequently. We have a separate entrance, so, we will be out of your way.

With COVID, we are still doing tours during your stay, we will just be adhering to Airbnb rules about distancing and masks.

We respect your privacy and will be happy to accommodate you with most things!

Our phone number is printed out and left for you if you have any questions!

You will have your own key so you may lock up as you wish.

Again, please note. This is a working farm. We have some hired help that assist with cleaning stalls and pastures. Although it does not create much noise, it's just something we like our guests to be fully aware of.
