Beauty from the PENTHOUSE FLOOR! The spectacular views of Shell Island, St. Andrews State Park, Grand Lagoon, the Bay AND the shimmer of the Gulf of Mexico over the treetops of the Park! You can't find this anywhere else except this lovely 2/2 at Reflections! Our stunning Lagoon Pool is a breathtakingly beautiful spot to enjoy practically yearround...You'll never feel the press of the crowds here!
The space
This amazing residence is complete with top-of-the-line furnishings and everything you'll need for a sweet getaway in any season! Tall ceilings and sweeping waterfront views from the living area and the primary bedroom mean you can see the water from any place you land, but the very best is out on our balcony overlooking the huge resort pool and entertainment deck. Even from our entrance breezeway you can see Hathaway Bridge and Panama City, not to mention the view of the million-dollar-yachts moored at the Bay Point Marina facility. Sit by our front window and watch as the pelicans and Osprey soar by seemingly just arms-length away! So cool!
A double-grill outdoor kitchen with all the tools you need to cook those shrimp or steaks or burgers and dogs for yourself and your guests, PLUS a quiet, sunset coffee or cocktail seated around our beautiful firepit lounge area - and in addition to a lovely hot tub/jacuzzi, the round pool is heated in winter for those still-sunny-cool days when you'd like to get in a water workout!
Sunsets are amazing here, and you're within walking distance of golf, tennis, pickleball, boat/jetski rentals, catamaran sailing, dinner cruises (at the end of the dock), and waterfront restaurants that are sure to make your stay exciting. Bring your bikes for rambling on the bike paths that even take you to two great grocery stores and shopping just a couple of miles up the trails from our front door. You can put your kayaks in at the end of the road just down from our location, and if fishing is your deal, you can find charters that will take you out on the Bay, bring your catch to the fishhouse for cleaning, and then you can deliver them to the cooks at several nearby restaurants to prepare HOOK and COOK to enjoy your fresh catch immediately! We love J.Michael's for HOOK AND COOK!

Michael is the co-owner and property manager for Schmitz Properties, an investment company that focuses on commercial and vacation rentals.
Michael spent a year and a half traveling the world, working at orphanages and teaching English. He has also climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa, and walked five hundred miles in Spain on the Camino de Santiago. His greatest and most treasured adventures are marrying his wife in 2016 and holding his newborn for the first time in 2020.
