INTERIOR: The loft consists of a spacious open living room, three bedrooms, a big bathroom and a smaller guest toilet plus a small utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200), the guest room has a double futon bed (140x200) and the children's room have two single beds (90x200). Modern bathroom with a shower and a charming rooftop view over classic 18th century mansions and houses.
LIVING ROOM: The spacious living room with sloping walls forms the center of everyday life. Connected with the kitchen area ind one end it has a dining table for 10 and access to balcony. In the other end you find smart TV, game consoles and a three seat sofa chaise long/lounge style for a chill. Netflix and Spotify also available.
BALCONIES AND VIEW: The loft has 3 balconies facing the court yard offering sunlight throughout the day and a great place for relaxing or enjoying a meal or glass of wine. From here you have a nice view to roof tops, court yard and urban sky. From the living room, you have a view to the royal palace as well as the "must see" waterfront of Copenhagen.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Situated in "Frederiksstaden", named after King Frederik the 5th who founded the district in the 1750s you're in central historic surroundings next door to the royal palace 'Amalienborg', home to the royal family, The Amalie Garden and the Frederik's Church (or The Marble Church).
SIGHTSEEING: Within a 10 minutes walk you reach The Little Mermaid, The Royal Theatre, Nyhavn and central shopping area, 'Strøget'. You also find lovely parks like 'Kongens Have', The Kings Garden, and great museums like 'Statens Museum for Kunst', National Gallery of Denmark.
EATING: Top restaurants, cosy cafes and good take away places are all within walking distance. If you prefer making your own dinner, there are several super markets and high quality bakeries in the streets connecting to Fredericiagade.
TRANSPORTATION: For transportation you find a bus stop just a few steps from the doorstep, the Metro is two busstops or a 8-10 minutes walk away. There's a citybike available for short trips with the apartmen - public bikes are available futher down our street.

Please let us know what time you'll be checking in a few days before arriving. We'll meet you upon arrival and give you a quick tour of the apartment.
We'll provide you with clean sheets and towels and other home textiles, plus tea and coffee. We can provide you with up to 2 sets of keys.
DO'S AND DON'TS:
No smoking inside the apartment - you can smoke on the balconies, but please remove cigaret butts (don't throw them into the court yard).
Parties are not allowed. You're welcome to have a nice and quiet dinner party, but respect our really nice and friendly neighbors by not making noise or hearing loud music after 10 p.m.
Pets and animals are not allowed - and no overnight guests are allowed other than those specified in your booking.
Please leave our furniture and things in the same place and order as you find them - treat the apartment as if it was your own home.
CHECK-OUT: Please tidy up upon checkout; leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash to the containers in the court yard. Leave keys in the mailbox if we're not able to meet you by checkout.
If anything breaks in the apartment during your stay - please let us know.
