A beautiful top floor two bed/two bath lofted condo with south facing views of the famed Three Sisters mountain. Our complex features 3 outdoor hot tubs, a heated pool, gym, and is a short walk from downtown. A great base for a mountain getaway!

This sunny, south facing top floor corner unit boasts views of Canmore’s spectacular Three Sisters mountain and Ha Ling Peak. It is a lofted 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium, and with over 1000 square feet of living space it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, cozy fireplace, and balcony with private gas barbecue. It is a short 15 minute walk from downtown Canmore.
The main living area has large south facing windows with views of the Three Sisters and Ha Ling Peak. It has gleaming hardwood floors, 20 foot high ceilings, a 40 inch flat screen television, and a pullout couch. A Bluray/DVD player (with a selection of DVDs), cable, landline telephone, and high-speed wireless internet are all included.
The modern and functional kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, and is fully equipped for meal preparation. Appliances include a stove, dishwasher, fridge (with icemaker and water filter), microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
The comfortable master bedroom is located in the loft of the unit. It has a queen bed, and 3 piece ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and heated tile flooring. The washer and dryer are also located on the top floor of the unit.
The main floor bedroom has two twin beds, and a large east-facing window that provides great morning light. The second bathroom (also on the main floor) has heated tile flooring, granite countertops, and a full tub.
For guests with very young children a Pack'n Play and portable feeding chair (that can be used as a booster or high chair) are kept in the unit as well.
For access to Banff National Park (or Jasper National Park for that matter) we keep a National Park pass in the unit for the use of all our guests.
The complex boasts a variety of amenities including a year round heated outdoor pool (great for the kids), 3 separate outdoor hot tubs, an exercise room, and secure heated underground parking. This condominium development is one of the few buildings in Canmore that short term rental to tourists is permitted.
Our family spends a lot of time here, and this truly is a great place from which to base your Canadian Rockies holiday. We look forward to hosting you!
** Please note, for long weekends and during peak periods (Mid June - Mid September) there is a 3 night minimum. During these periods shorter durations (2 nights) will be considered for reservations made within 2 weeks of check-in -- please don't hesitate to ask!
Minimum age for non-family reservations is 25. Families with children are welcome!
Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the balcony. Additional cleaning charges will apply should this occur.
Pets are not permitted in the unit. Additional cleaning charges will apply should this occur.
This condo complex has strict rules regarding excessive noise made by tenants. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine or eviction.
The damage deposit will be returned as long as the unit is kept in the same condition as when you checked in, and no items are damaged or missing (including the National Park pass).
Check-in is after 4 PM on you arrival date, and Checkout is by 11 am on your departure date. An additional charge may apply if guests do not vacate the property by 11am on their checkout date unless prior arrangements were made with the owner in writing. This is to ensure there is adequate time for our cleaning staff to prepare for our next guests.
The nightly, weekly, or monthly rate may change without notice. This will not affect existing reservations.
Heated underground parking is available for a single vehicle on a first come first serve basis. In the rare event that the parking lot is full, there is also free above ground parking available within the complex.
Please note that this unit has stairs, and is not suitable for individuals with limited mobility.
At the time of departure, in order to prevent damage to the unit and maintain the safety of other residents of the complex, the Guest will:
- Ensure all windows and doors are closed and securely latched.
- All appliances (including the stove, toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc.) are turned off.
- All lights are turned off.
- All faucets are shut off.
- Fireplace is turned off.
- The gas to the barbecue is turned off.
- All garbage is removed from the unit.
The barbecue is to be cleaned prior to departure if it has been used.
Sheets and towels are provided. The unit is cleaned prior to guest arrival and after departure. Interim cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. If the unit is left in unreasonable condition additional cleaning charges will apply.

The building has a 24 hour front desk that is available to provide keys to the unit and answer any questions you may have. The homeowners live in Calgary, Alberta and may not necessarily be on the premises to greet all guests on arrival or departure.
Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of any deposit/rent paid, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
By accepting this reservation it is agreed that the property is used entirely at the risk of the Guest and the Guest's Party. The homeowners cannot be held responsible for any illness, injury or accident arising while on the premises or through the use of any facilities in the complex. The homeowners cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Should the Guest or Guest's Party make any kind of claim against the homeowners the maximum liability to the homeowners in all circumstances is the amount the Guest paid for their reservation.
