The space
We have a cozy open first floor plan. Living Room opens to dining area. Dining area opens to coffee nook, kitchen and pantry.

Second floor has 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom.

(*Please note only bathroom and all bedrooms are located on second floor * If anyone in your party has mobility/stair difficulty, we might not be the best/most comfortable option for them)

-Queen room with dresser and closet

-Full room with elevated bed and drawers in bed frame. Room has quiet pull down workspace.

-Bunk room has a twin over full bunk. Additional twin with drawers in bed frame. Room with full dresser and closet.

A/C units in 2 bedrooms which will cross cool entire area upstairs.

Guest access
Full access to entire home. Please note the bedrooms and only bathroom are on second floor, which might not be suitable for all guests. The basement is unfinished we ask that it is adult only, or supervised older children as there is a foosball table available. The laundry and ski racks are in the basement.

The garage is not available to park cars

Other things to note
Blackstone Grill available for use.

It is renters responsibility to clean after use. Grill utensils should be placed in dishwasher before checkout.

Propane tank will be on premises and will be filled when owners ability allows. We do not guarantee cleanliness of grill or amount of available propane.
