This beautiful modernist home, built in 1911, conserves most of the original elements (hydraulic floors, antique furniture, marble chimney, high ceilings, ...) and combines them with modern touches and amenities for comfort. The house has five large bedrooms with AC, en-suite bathrooms, two kitchens, various lounges, living and dining rooms, billiards room, a spectacular staircase, and two toilets. There is also a beautiful pool (optional heated and at a cost, min 3-nights) for your enjoyment.
The space
This property is divided in several floors, with the living areas downstairs and the sleeping areas upstairs.
Built back in the early 20th century, this house maintains all of the modernist features of that area, with original hydraulic tiles, especific to each room, decorated high ceilings, an espectacular staircase, original iron wrought handrails, original lamps, a French pink marble fireplace, many original furniture as well many antique sculptures and decoration. Back in 2007 a full restoration was made which included the addition of the pool as well as heat pumps for cooling and heating.
All interior spaces are large, with some bedrooms measuring over 45 m2.
This property must be cared for by our guests during their stay due to the many delicate, antique items in it that cannot be replaced.
The pool can be heated on request during the winter months at a cost of 60E per night. Minimum 3 nights.

Please, make sure that you specify the exact number of guests that will be staying at the house for the price to be adjusted accordingly. Please note that by default, only 3 bedrooms (for up to 6 guests) are available. If you are 7 guests or more, or you need more than 3 bedrooms then let us know and the price will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that if we do not receive a request from you, we assume a normal occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom.
If you are part of a party that will arrive at separate times, we need the guests who arrive first to have full images of the passports or IDs (front and back) of all guests staying at the house for the purpose of registration before we turn the keys over.
Any government applicable tax will be charged on arrival.
If you arrange for items and/or food to be delivered to the house, the delivery needs to be done after your arrival.
Please note that only the final cleaning is included with your reservation.
The pool can be heated on request and at a cost of 60E/nigh for the entire reservation (3 nights minimum).
By law, parties or events are forbidden at vacational homes like this one and are severely punished by the authorities with large fines as well as immediate cancellation of the reservation. Following the law, we do not authorize any party or event at this property. Please, do not organize parties or events at this property.
Finally, this property is located in a recently-established low-emissions area which means that to enter this area with a vehicle without any need for especial permission, you need to come with a 0 emissions (fully electric) vehicle or with public transportation. If you want to come with a rented vehicle or your own vehicle, that is not a 0 emissions vehicle, you will need to stop by the town hall with the reservation and your documentation to obtain a temporary exception to drive in the low emissions area. This needs to be done within 4 days of first arrival.
