Maggie lives in the most beautiful spot in Greeley. Her house is a work of art. The evident joy she has in meeting people and sharing a part of her world make staying with her so pleasant. I will never stay anywhere else in Greeley as long as she will have me.
Maggie is the best! My dad and I absolutely loved our stay and were so thankful to have heard about her and not stayed in some boring overpriced hotel. Her place is gorgeous and so cozy and Maggie made the whole experience a joy and is now a good friend!
Maggie was a wonderful host. She makes sure you are as comfortable as possible during your time there. It is also an extremely friendly environment and you get total privacy. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. It is incredibly cheap considering all the things you have available. Best place you can possibly stay at when visiting Greeley.
Our stay with Maggie was fabulous. She is simply the perfect host, welcoming, and providing all the creature comforts you could wish for, from welcome cookies to snacks. Maggie is very friendly and warm and gave us lots of useful advice about theater programs at UNCO. Her place is very comfortable and the views upstairs are fantastic.
Maggie was great! Her beautiful home sits next to Lake Seeley near to the best that Greeley has to offer. Her welcoming spirit went far and beyond what I was expecting. My room was furnished with a thank you card for my Coffee and light breakfast items were provided. There was even a chocolate on my pillow and milk and cookies to boot. Maggie was available to answer any questions I had. She was friendly and pleasent to talk to. The room featured black out curtains and a very comfortable bed. I had access to a sauna, kitchenette, and home theater in the next room. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Greeley.
I had a wonderful stay at Maggie's place in a delightfully quite and serene setting north of Greeley. The house, room, and amenities where outstanding and Maggie's hospitality was second to none. I enjoyed time spent in the house and especially the chats with my hostess. And then she topped it all off with warm chocolate chip cookies and cold milk. I am now spoiled rotten!
I have been to Maggie's several times now. She always makes me feel welcome and goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs and wishes. I feel like I have a new friend to visit every time I'm in Greeley!

About the Host, Maggie
I was born in New Zealand and love living here in Colorado. My husband and I have been married for 26 years and have 2 fabulous children - one who still lives here with us. I love meeting people and enjoy making sure they are comfortable in my home and have everything they need, including privacy, but am happy to chat if that is what my guest would like. I love to travel and have been lucky enough to do a bit so know what is important when you are away from home. I have dreamed of having a bed and breakfast in my home for many years and now my daughter has gone away to college and my son is driving to school I feel the time is right - so come and stay and let me know how I am doing! I have become aware of the need for good value in a place to stay when visiting your kids in college, so especially welcome family of UNC students.
Afternoon tea is available by arrangement as are meals, snacks and drinks.
