Welcome to The Osmond Premises, a historical property with a rich legacy overlooking the serene Moreton's Harbour. Proudly owned by the Osmond family, esteemed merchants, and boat builders since the 1800s, this two-story general store has undergone meticulous renovations to become a luxurious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation home.

Upon entering, you'll find the 1250-square-foot store area on the ground floor transformed into a large common space. Ideal for gatherings, it features a 16-foot wet bar, a spacious 10-place dining table, and a comfortable living area. The original floors, set beneath 10-foot ceilings, maintain the building's historic charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for family and friends.

Adjacent to the common area is the old office space, now converted into a fully equipped kitchen with an 8-foot island and a separate coffee bar. Another addition to the ground floor is a powder room. Every detail reflects the Osmond family's dedication to preserving the building's heritage, ensuring a seamless blend of history and modern convenience.

Ascending the stairs, you'll discover a vaulted ceiling and new red pine floors, enhancing the overall ambiance of the upper level. The five bedrooms offer diverse accommodations, with two rooms featuring queen beds and ensuite bathrooms, a charming bunk room which sleeps 6, and two larger rooms boasting king beds and ocean views. A main common washroom ensures convenience for all guests. When leaving the second level outside door, you will find a newly installed salt water, wood fired hottub.
