  • If you are looking for the true New Hampshire experience, look no further than Brookhirst Farm. Victoria and George made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. Unfortunately, it rained throughout our entire trip. Our stay with George and Victoria, however, made the trip worth every penny. Make the Brookhirst Farm part of your NH getaway and you will not regret it!

  • We had a truly awesome, relaxing weekend at Brookhirst! Victoria and George are wonderful hosts, and their home is beautiful, quiet, cozy, clean, and well kept. The views, coupled with George's breakfasts and the friendly conversation, made for delightful mornings. They are close to outlet shopping, hiking trails, and scenic drives. The sauna and reading by the fire in the evenings were a perfect prelude to bedtime. George and Victoria were very helpful and just a pleasure to meet. We can't wait to go back!

  • Brookhirst Farm was our first Airbnb experience and we were very happy with our find! Victoria and George were very attentive, but not overbearing hosts who obviously take great pride in their home and truly enjoy meeting their guests. The house is clean and cozy with lots of interesting antiques, books and artwork throughout. The grounds were also well cared for with a spectacular view of the mountains. Breakfast was tasty and served to suit our schedule and the fireplace was started for us to enjoy in the evenings when requested. We brought our dog and 14 year old daughter with us. The space was the perfect size for us. We came in April which is not an ideal time of year from visiting the area, but there is still plenty to do and see--shopping, restaurants, hiking, and photographing the beauty of nature. Highly recommend it.

  • We had a wonderful stay with Victoria and George, who are both very friendly and welcoming hosts. If you're looking to stay in the White Mountains area, look no further than Brookhirst Farm! The accommodation is beautifully furnished and spacious - we slept in the downstairs bedroom which had a private bathroom with sauna and separate study. Guests also have use of a large lounge with a wood fire and views across to Mt Washington to die for. The delicious breakfast is served in there by George and includes his excellent blueberry pancakes.

Brookhirst Farm is in a quiet location around 15 minutes from Conway where there are shops and services. It is handy for the Kancamagus Highway and all of the other attractions in the area.

We musn't forget to mention the dogs of the house - Van, Joe and Sid - all American Cockers who were great fun to fuss and play with!

  • Victoria and George live in one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The rooms and the house are as shown in the internet, even nicer in real. I loved to stay there and was really sad when I had to leave. Both are so super nice and helpful. I can absolutely recommend to stay at Brookhirst Farm, it's such a lovely place. I will definitely come back!!!

  • Beautiful, amazing, peaceful, inspirational, warm. I am sure there are more words to describe the Brookhirst Farm, but this is what I came up with in the first second when we arrived at the B&B.
Victoria and George are the most lovable and nicest people you can imagine. From the first minute we felt like being home. They took care of us and we enjoyed the best breakfast on our trip. Thank you for these unforgettable memories. We think a lot of you here in Germany.

  • What a wonderful weekend! We came in the fall just at the right time to see the beautiful fall foliage. As everyone else has said, Victoria and George are the world's best hosts imaginable! Breakfast each morning with them was a pleasure, and the food was delicious! We wanted to spend a good deal of time outside, and they had wonderful suggestions for us on things to do both close by and far away. The house itself is truly gorgeous, full of antiques and other goods from yesteryear that transport you to a different time. The accommodations are entirely private, incredibly spacious, immaculately kept, and altogether lovely. The beds are as comfortable as any luxury hotel, if not more so! Their dogs are so friendly and fun! We loved their wood burning fireplace and spent a good deal of time in front of it; Victoria and George built a nice fire for us to come home to. Their home is close to many wonderful summer/fall outdoor activities, including hiking and kayaking. It would honestly have also been great to just sit at the home and enjoy the view. We look forward to returning sooner rather than later!

  • We want to go back soon. George & Victoria welcomed us with open arms. They are charming, delightful, fun, warm, and the most generous hosts we have stayed with. When we were offered a choice of rooms, I assumed there would be other guests and it was a first come choice. I was wrong. The entire guest wing was available for our use. We chose an upstairs bedroom and bath and it is the most restful room imaginable. The king size bed sits in front of a window with the most marvelous view of the meadow and mountains. The stars in the sky are so vivid that it was hard to close your eyes and waking up with the view of the mountains was incredible. We also had two other bedrooms, a private sauna, and a book filled study to use. If you want privacy, you have it all but if you open the door into the common area, you will be delighted with the warmth of the fire but more importantly, the warmth of George & Victoria. Kindness and warmth pours out of them and we could have talked to them all day. We only stayed three days and when we left, we felt like we left our family behind. We will go back for a visit. George made us the best farm fresh breakfasts you could ask for. Local eggs and blueberries. The stories that were shared will be with us forever. We miss George and Victoria already.

  • This is the PERFECT B&B experience. An incredibly romantic room, plenty of additional space AND a private entrance. The views are breathtaking. The breakfast delicious. The hosts are warm and welcoming and helpful and have great stories to share. In the evening we enjoyed the fireplace and couch in a grand living room. We absolutely loved our two nights in this delightful B&B.
