This is the best experience ever. Author has a lovely house. My girlfriend and I had a perfect experience! strongly recommend!
Art and Kathleen are amazing hosts. We felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door. Their home is beautiful. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable. Art is an amazing cook and both breakfasts were superb. We can't recommend Art and Kathleen more highly.
My fiance and I had the most wonderful time staying with Arthur. The room and the hosts are FABULOUS. Kind, generous, interesting and more than welcoming, Arthur, his wife, Kathleen and their doggie Byron are all a treat to meet.
Arthur is an extremely talented and thoughtful chef and made decadent breakfasts for us each day. Kathleen is a brilliant and bubbly hostess who entertained us and put us at ease immediately. We felt like the two of them took a genuine interest in their lives.
As for the room, it is BEAUTIFUL. Spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, fresh, and did I mention, spacious?! We felt very lucky to be there
Kathleen and Arthur also offered many suggestions on what we can see and do in the area and offered to help us in any way.
We had a wonderful time on our first AirBnB experience and strongly recommend this location to future guests.
Excellent experience. Listing as expected. Didn't get to have breakfast but it looked good. Fridge with a variety of beverages also available.
The Blue Room was perfect! It had everything I needed and wanted while staying in Meredith for a work trip. The private bathroom, beautiful view from the balcony, and a super comfortable king size bed were very relaxing after long days. My hosts, Art and Kathleen, were so gracious and hospitable. Art made sure I was fed well every morning, and Kathleen made sure I had a glass of wine in my hand in the evening. Byron the dog was also a very hospitable host, super sweet boy! Next year when my work brings me back to Meredith, I will definitely book The Blue Room again! Would recommend 10 times over.
