A well renovated loft, modern design, with a spectacular, rare view over Taipei city from 15th floor. Fully equipped with living room, coffee lounge, and kitchen, and very convenient, right next to the subway, so it's a quick ride to downtown!

The space
Newly renovated, entirely redesigned, the duplex is situated on the 15th with elevator, overlooking Taipei city. The view is spectacular, day and night, and turns an afternoon tea or a romantic dinner into a unique experience.
The wall is is a full scale window, and the floor between the two level is partially glass, to enjoy even more light in the all duplex.
The duplex features a large separated bedroom for a couple, an extra bed in the upper area, and a big couch that can accomodate two more people, so up to 5 travellers can enjoy!
But it is also perfect for a couple looking for a comfortable home away from home...
The bathroom is fully equipped with best equipment with shower/bathtub, japanese style toilet, hairdryer, washing machine... The duplex also features a fully equpped kitchen and a modulable dining table, a living room with a large screen LCD TV with a large choice of channels.
The entire place has been designed to provide the best experience, providing comfort, convenience, and beauty.

The neighbourhood is also very convenient, with the MRT station right in front of the building you can be in 10 minutes to downtown. The streets around provides all convenience, with 7eleven, 24h supermarket, grocery store, chain food stores like McDonalds but also a huge variety of local restaurant and typical Taiwan stret food.
Yonghe is probably the part of Taipei where the food offer has the best value, prividing variety, authenticity, good quality and very reasonable pricing.
There are also many little shops and café, and next to the National Taiwan Library (2 mins. by walk) is the 823 memorial park, where you can go jogging or just enjoy the sun!
