Calabash is a wonderful town that has that small town feel.There are three different beaches that are within 10 to 20 minute drive, Sunset 10 min. 6 miles, Cherry Grove 15 min.and North Myrtle beach 15 min. Make yourself at home and have some morning coffee!
We do have a minimum age limit of 21, meaning at least one person does have to be 21.
I've have always heard that "it is not what it is but where it is "and our little condo is a prime example of this statement. This is a very plain and cozy condo in Calabash NC. *There are guest that come in for short term vacation and there are also low income permanent residents at our complex so please take note of this before you book.* we only rent our unit for vacationers* We have never had a problem we are just making sure you are aware. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient drive to many beaches without the high hotel prices. It is nothing fancy however we love the location. The weekly rental is $517 excluding taxes and fees in the summer months!

There are local shops that are easily within walking distance from the complex for food and putt putt for some fun with the children. There are updated flat screen cable TV's in the living room and the master bedroom with 70 cable channels. There is no internet however there are several local eateries with free WIFI hotspots. There are two DVD player's one in the living room and one is the master bedroom. We state this unit sleeps 5, there is one queen bed in the master and one full bed in the 2nd bedroom. There is a queen size air mattress in the closet or a leather love seat for a child or (the vertically challenged like myself lol ) for the 5th person in the living room .

It is a 10 minute drive to Sunset Beach NC (6 miles) , 10-15 Minutes to Cherry Grove Beach SC and 15-20 minutes to North Myrtle Beach SC, and just a 15-20 min. drive to Ocean Isle Beach NC. It is around 30-35 minutes to Myrtle Beach SC. All beaches must be driven too, they are not within walking distance. Calabash is the Seafood Capital of the world (this is where the term ("Calabash Shrimp" comes from), people come from all over to eat fresh fish here. The seafood restaurants, shopping, and activities are all in walking distance (1/2 Mile if you love to walk).
There is new flooring and paint throughout the unit and it is well maintained.
This little condo is used by us mainly for mini vacations and weekend getaways, it is available for weekly and daily rentals in the summer (3 day minimum) and monthly, weekly and daily rentals in the fall and winter.

The patio over looks the parking lot and street.
There is one full bed and one queen size bed that require queen sheets. There is also a queen air mattress that can be used in the living room for the 5th person that will need linens if you are going to use it.. Also bring any towels,wash clothes and any other bedding linens you may need. Our unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator.
This is a non-smoking, pet - free unit,
The owners are the only ones allowed to have pets. A lessee may not assign a lease to a third party, or assignee.
No Storage of bicycles etc. on the screen porch. Please take all trash to the dumpsters provided upon departure. Please make sure all dishes are clean, it is permissible to leave the clean dishes in the dish washer.
In the summer months you may be ask to turn AC unit to eighty upon departure, in the winter months turn the down to 50.
All children must be accompanied by an adult in the swimming area, there is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
There are no outside grills allowed, there is a charcoal grill provided behind the building at the picnic table,
There is an electronic key that provides access to the pool. Please return key at departure. The pool is monitored 24 hours a day by surveillance cameras only guest and owners are allowed, so please do not open the gate for anyone wanting to gain entry. This rule is strictly enforced by the Home Owners Assc. There are other rules posted inside the area please adhere to all rules posted at the pool and complex.
Due to the success of our listing we are asking that the 11:00 checkout time and 4.00 P.M. check-in be observed by all persons, unless otherwise agreed too. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
