This lovely attic is situated on the top floor in a Dutch monument (we love our facade) in Amsterdam's charming and historic city centre. It can house one, two, or three people (or two adults and two children), by putting an extra bed. The monument is located in a quit street in between two beautiful canals. The Anne Frank House, 9-streets, Dam Square, Central Station, the best and most trendy restaurants/shops, and much more, are all within a short walking distance.
In the same monument there are two more studio's that can be rented too, so it is possible to come with a large group.
The main sleeping area is made on top of the roof. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable.
We have included the following - free of charge - items in each of our studios: Linen, Towels, WiFi, Nespresso Coffee, Soaps.
Other features of our studios are listed below:
- Hand basin
- Blow dryer
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Flatscreen tv
- DVD player
- Queen size bed
- Lounge sofa
- Table with four chairs
In case you need a pick up from the airport then we can organize it for you, for a small additional cost.
Our stay was perfect, the appartment was exactly what we expected. It was very cosy, clean and well located for exploring the city! Antonio was very reliable and helpful.
We definitely would come back!
Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood in the city centre between the Singel and Herengratch canal, Antonio’s apartment is definitely a perfect choice if you wish to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the Dam Rak yet within walking distance to all the attractions. You will never be disappointed as you can expect exactly what you see from the pictures – a cosy, clean and bright wooden loft. Just a gentle reminder, you may want to considering strengthening up your legs as you'll be expected to climb some flights of steep and narrow staircases to the apartment; which we learnt during our stay was a unique feature of buildings during the olden times in Amsterdam. So, a little history to welcome you even before you get to the apartment.
Before we departed for Amsterdam, we had been in constant contact with Antonio via Whatsapp and he had been very responsive. When we reached the apartment, he was right there to welcome us at the doorstep. He offered to assistance with our luggage and gave us quick tips to the attractions around his apartment. There was also an instance when we encountered a problem with the heating panels in the apartment and once reported to Antonio, he responded to have it checked the next day.
Antonio owns an Italian restaurant not far away from his apartment, which serves authentic and delicate Italian cuisine. Not to mention the staffs were super friendly and cheerful too. Antonio offers a 20% discount on the total bill to all guests staying at his his apartment.
Overall, our stay at Antonio’s apartment has been nothing short of an experience. This is one pad that we will definitely recommend to our friends who are planning to travel to Amsterdam in the future.
Antonio is very kind and friendly. He took a bike around the apartment area to check for us because we were late to the office - it's such a very kind of you Antonio.
Danke!
A great place, very close to the local attractions! Antonio made us feel very welcome!

Hi, my name is Antonio and I'm from Italy, and I live in Amsterdam though. I love travels ,other people and cultures ... so I run a B&B. I also like good food, as a matter of fact I own a an Italian restaurant, which is at walking distance from the flat. You can also rent (at low rates some bikes to get around the city) and I offer also a service of electric cars (to be rented) which, beyond being ecologic, can be parked for free everywhere in the city. I look forward to see you in Amsterdam, Antonio
