Characteristic and bright apartment of 45 sqm, located a 2-minute walk from Santa Maria in Trastevere. Recently renovated. On the lower floor a nice lounge (English antique furniture, sofa bed, TV), a bright kitchen (with gas stove, electric oven, fridge) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs a double bed and a large closet.
The apartment is located in an old building on the first floor and has four windows overlooking an inner courtyard bright and quiet. It 's the right place to relax after a day exploring the sights of Rome and enjoy a pleasant stay with family or amici.o. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
Although the apartment is located in the most characteristic area of Trastevere, it has a very calm and peaceful environment.

It was our 2d visit of Rome and I can say that I won't look for another place to stay anymore. Apartment has perfect location, everything you can dream of is at walking distance. It's very cosy, not big, just has a perfect size for a couple. Kitchen is filled with all you need for making breakfast or even dinner in Romanian style! In spite of being located in living area of Trastevere we wasn't disturbed by any noise as all the windows face a courtyard. Roberto is one of the best hosts I've ever met, very friendly, helpful, available at any time for our questions. Roberto, thank you very much!
Roberto was a very helpful and considerate host. His page and pictures give a very true description of the flat. No surprises ! Roberto gave us a lot of useful information on the neighborhood, restaurants, shops, communications as well as maps. Trastevere is a charming part of Rome very close to the historical center. The flat is very comfortable and quiet indeed.
Roberto was warm and welcoming, and went to great lengths to show us both around the flat and places to visit in Trastevere. He was really prompt in responding to our booking and even helped us with reserving a table on our first night at a local trattoria.
The flat itself was cosy, clean and warm - and most importantly, really quiet - even though it's a stone's throw from a buzzing area. It's also really conveniently located close to the Sisto bridge which takes you into the heart of the old town, and a short walk to the Trastevere tram / bus stops. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Roberto!
Roberto was a fabulous host and the apartment is wonderful. The apartment is located in the best neighborhood in Rome -- Trestevare, which is lively and authentic. The apartment is located on a quiet side street, so it is not noisy at all. It is also located just a few blocks from the bridge that connects to central Rome, so all the main tourist sites are within walking distance. All in all a perfect location. Roberto went out of his way to accommodate our schedule (we arrived very early in the morning and he was able to let us into the apartment well before "check in" time). He was also very responsive prior to our arrival and departure. He gave us tons of recommendations (which were all great) and helped us call a taxi upon departure. He was a pleasure! The apartment is clean, modern, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Rome!
Location of this apartment was truly wonderful - essentially 20-30 mins walk from EVERYWHERE :-) Even with the bustling streets of Trastevere, the apartment offered a cool sanctuary of quietness and relaxation. Roberto was a mine of local knowledge and always on hand to help. Loved the area and was great to explore the ever-busy streets of bars & restaurants, trendy to traditional, something for everyone.
The apartment was exactly how it looks like on the picture: pretty, well designed and comfortable. The neighborhood of Trastevere is amazing and the apartment is perfectly located, on a lovely street quieter than others. Plus, the apartment itself overlooks onto a courtyard which means that you can barely hear any noise from the street.
Roberto has done more than we could ask from a host. He was very nice and accommodating, and gave us great recommendation of things to do, where to eat etc..
Our trip to Rome was a success, thanks Roberto!
This property was lovely and Roberto was extremely helpful. The neighbourhood was very lively- filled with restaurants and shops. We spent just as much time exploring it as we did in historic Rome. Would definitely recommend this place.
