Our cozy apartment is one block from downtown Halfway, right across from a small farm and next to the beautiful cemetery--we have very quiet neighbors! Walking distance to three local restaurants, as well as the coffee shop, grocery store, museum (and pretty much all of Halfway). Halfway is located in stunning Pine Valley--with fantastic views of the Eagle Cap mountains--a 15-minute drive to Hells Canyon Recreational Area and 30 minutes to the Snake River.

The space
The apartment is one large space. There are two alcoves: one has a queen bed, the other has a bunk bed with twins. There's a small dining table, a couch and chair, a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge, and a bathroom with a shower. There's a nice propane fireplace in the corner which heats the space up in no time.

Guest access
The apartment has its own entrance at ground level; we live upstairs and are happy to answer questions in person or by text. There's plenty of parking on-site.

Other things to note
We have a very friendly old dog Buffy, a puppy Morpheus, and a couple of skittish outside cats: Ishtar and Moxie. You're welcome to admire (and feed!) the chickens!

Neighborhood highlights

This town has no stop lights--it's pretty much just the one neighborhood. We live on the east side of town, next to the cemetery and across from a small farm with goats, chickens, ducks, and draft horses. It's peaceful and quiet and dark at night: a good place to recharge!
