We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away.

We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

The space
The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. On the mezzanine there is a large double bed. In the living room on the ground floor there is a sofa bed. There are also comfortable armchairs and a bookcase.

The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, etc.), and on the terrace there is a gas grill at your exclusive disposal. The nearest grocery store is about 1400 m away. Every morning (except Sundays and holidays) 3 mobile stores also arrive (the first just after 8 a.m.). You can get almost everything here - bread and pastries, dairy, cold cuts and drinks - and in some you can even pay by card. And if that's not enough, in nearby Susiec (8 minutes by car) you will find 2 large grocery and industrial stores and another two in Józefów (12 minutes by car).

Don't like cooking? No problem - there are several good quality restaurants in the area, including a great Neapolitan pizza. We can also prepare breakfast and dinner baskets filled with products from local producers, i.e. delicious cold cuts, bread, cheese, butter and seasonal vegetables and fruits.

We have prepared a detailed guide to the area for our guests.

We have also prepared a comfortable workspace with a desk and a monitor to which you can connect your laptop. The Internet flows to us in a wide stream through the optical fiber, and the range of mobile telephony is quite good, which is not the standard in Roztocze. So if you feel like a few days of “workation”, also called “workation”, we invite you. ;)

Warmth on cold days and a respite from the heat is provided by air conditioning with a heating function. In addition, there is underfloor heating in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. For the sake of the planet we live on, we ask you to segregate waste. Detailed instructions are on site.

Guest access
The plot is almost 3,000 sq m, of which about 2,000 sq m is our charming forest. The entire area is fenced and monitored. Cameras record the surroundings of the building, including the parking lot and bicycle rack (they do not cover the interior of the cottage).

The cottage, terrace and the recreation area next to the cottage, as well as bicycle racks, are at your exclusive disposal. The rest of the property (parking lot, fire pit, forest) is shared with any guests of the second cottage.

Other things to note
We invite you with kids, but rather a little older - we remind you that parents and guardians are responsible for their safety. Ants make sure there are no ticks in the area, but there are poisonous mushrooms and fruits in the forest that should not be put in the mouth. The cottage has stairs and a mezzanine, which the youngest can use only under the watchful eye of adults.

We do not have a playground and other typical children's attractions, which for some young guests may be a reason to say "Mom, I'm bored!", but it gives the adults a break from children's screams.

You can watch what the ants are doing, feed a squirrel, look for a hedgehog and lizards in the forest, count woodpeckers, tits and great tits, pet the neighbors' cat, and listen to the owl's hooting in the evening.

Leave your dog and cat at home - we do not accept pets. We love them very much, but we do not want them to leave allergens behind (the next guests may be allergic).

We value peace, proximity to the forest and wildlife, and good relations with neighbors and guests renting other houses, so we ask you to keep quiet at night. We do not rent the cottage for bachelorette parties or loud and bothersome events.

We entrust you with our home during your stay, into which we have put a lot of heart and effort, so please leave it in a non-deteriorated condition.

Travelers for travelers... we run a daily travel blog, Kasai - travel addicts. We drive a lot around different corners of the world, and we've had countless hotels, hostels, and private accommodations. We experienced the best, but also the worst service - we put our thoughts into practice by offering our own renovated place in the center of Krakow. We had our first experience with AirBnB in Canada and were delighted with the idea. Since then, we are delighted to enjoy such overnight stays in the Czech Republic, the Azores, Paris, Italy, the Canary Islands, and even the far Sri Lanka. Now we're delighted to host people from different parts of the world. We're trying to create a place to come back to. Book and check in person. :)
