People who visit Alberta's little all-season town of Canmore (pop. 12,000) have big expectations. Once a coal town, Canmore gained notoriety during the 1988 Winter Olympic Games, and it’s been booming ever since as a recreational hot spot.
Just 70 miles from Calgary, Canmore is nestled in Alberta's Bow Valley, surrounded by mountains and wildlife. It's the perfect locale for fishing, climbing, canoeing, all kinds of winter sports, and more. Banff National Park is approximately 7.5 miles from your resort, and world-famous Lake Louise is a little more than an hour's drive away.
If you want to take it easy, take a stroll through the quaint town. Its main street is home to galleries where painters, quilters, stained-glass artisans, and blacksmiths can be found at work. Or just relax in one of Canmore's many charming pubs or restaurants near your resort. With a little luck, you may even see a Hollywood film being shot here.
A Passport or Enhanced ID is needed for entry into Canada.

This was the second time we stayed here so we knew that the place would accommodate us very comfortably. Rey communicated well to us even very late at night and at the last minute as we wanted a 2Bed suite not a single bed as Air BnB booked originally booked us into. And under the current Air BnB computerised system it is almost impossible to change by us (but easier by the host) even if the dates were wrong or incorrect accommodation is chosen.Air BnB need to change this to make it more user friendly to accept changes.
This place was very modern and very well furnished and has been the best place we have stayed in Canada. The additional on site amenities were also abonus as we had some bad weather so we could make use of them. We would recommend this condo and would stay again.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort! The unit was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor spa. Rey was great to deal with and very quick to respond. Thank you again!
Rey made us feel very welcome and the unit was far beyond our expectations with on site facilities to match. The staff made us feel very welcome and were quick to answer any questions we had. We have already booked our next trip with Rey and have passed on our recommendation to friends. A real home from home.
I had a last minute work-related travel booked so I wasn't able to make it. Rey was so accommodating in transferring the reservation over to my friend. She and her boyfriend enjoyed their stay so much that they wanted me to write this review on their behalf -
The condo was a good size, really nice. The photos made it look dated, but it wasn't at all. The resort staff was super helpful and let them check into the room early (I believe they arrived early because of road conditions). The indoor/outdoor pool was really cool and the hot tub was really nice. And the resort was very nice overall - it also had an awesome view. It was a 5 minute drive from downtown Canmore.
Overall, my friend and her boyfriend were very impressed and would definitely stay there again.
Great place with ample space. The two bathrooms were awesome amd the facility is accomodating and has many interesting features such as a movie room and movie nights. Lots of parking, great scenery and well maintained!
Tout était parfait!!! Nous avons seulement séjourné là une nuit, mais nous serions resté plus longtemps! Je vous recommande cet endroit paisiblen et propre.
