- Please keep the house clean and tidy after using the shared area;

- Please do not bring others to stay overnight except the tenant;
- Only use the place of your room and clean it up every week to keep your room neat;
- Quiet hour between 10pm to 7AM;
- Please turn off the power when you go out to save energy;
