Welcome to Rundle Gallery featuring panoramic mountain views to the northwest overlooking Canada’s first and finest… magnificent Banff National Park. A dramatic 23-foot vaulted ceiling &12-ft wrap around two-storey wall of windows provides extraordinary viewing of the majestic mountain vistas. The condo was built in 2004, fully renovated in 2020 with the addition of a curated wall of Canadiana art. Modern condo living with a rustic mountain style for a luxurious yet cozy mountain retreat.

The space
This two-bedroom, two-bath luxury condominium features a dramatic 23-foot vaulted ceiling and 12 ft wrap around wall of windows which are extraordinary for viewing the majestic mountain vistas. The prettiest hours of the day are dawn and dusk, the alpen glow on the mountains cast a warm light into the condo. Delight in the stunning views whether you are pampering yourself in the rooftop hot-tub, basking on the sunny sofa or grilling at the propane barbeque on the balcony. The scenery pictures included are taken from either the balcony or from inside the unit.

A close second to the view is our custom curated wall of Canadiana and Rockies art for guest perusal and enjoyment. The art beautifully placed throughout the unit is a destination attraction in its own right.

With 950 square feet of living space you will find the condo to be spacious and comfortable for 1 to 4 guests. The river stone gas fireplace warms up the space, perfect for cozying up on winter evenings. Furnishing include a comfortable tufted leather love seat and ottoman, two plaid lodge chairs all carefully positioned for optimal mountain views or taking in the Rockies art curation. Rustic side tables and cozy pillows complete the inviting space. Living room is equipped with a new Samsung flat screen smart tv.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, microwave & fridge. Also provided is a full assortment of dinnerware, cookware, glassware and utensils as well as quality small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, kettle and hand blender. New in 2020, modern quartz countertops, flooring, stainless steel Blanco sink and facet. Dining table is complete with two leather chairs and a bench for 3 and leather barstools for gathering around the kitchen peninsula. Everything you need and more for casual dining or to prepare a gourmet meal.

The master is located up a flight of stairs and includes an attached bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Brand new in 2020, Beautyrest luxury hotel collection pillowtop king bed, side tables and closet for guest storage. Luxurious, comfortable and beautiful finishes complete the space.

This bedroom is located on the main floor of the unit and includes a brand new in 2020 Beautyrest luxury hotel collection pillowtop queen bed, rustic side tables and reading lamps all furnished in destination lodge styling. Adjacent to bedroom is the main bathroom featuring a modern walk in shower with sliding glass door, soothing rain shower, toilet and vanity.

The unit is equipped with a selection of pillows for your personal preference and lots of fresh towels and bathroom amenities. We provide high quality mattresses, bedding and linen and refresh frequently for the comfort of our guests. Both upper and lower bathrooms are fully renovated for 2020 including new flooring, countertops, modern shower enclosures with modern rustic tiling. Both bathrooms feature Canadian made luxury brands, bath & rain facets by Riobel in Montreal and hardware by Laloo in Winnipeg.

This unit is located on the top/4th floor for optimum views and is accessible by both stairs and elevator. The balcony is spacious and delightful for summer evenings and is equipped with two chairs, log stools, small table and propane barbecue for grilling. One indoor heated parking space is complimentary with the rental however plenty of free parking is available outside around the building for extra vehicles. The unit in general is equipped with many many more amenities then you would find in a hotel room to make your stay feel like home, yet still a luxurious getaway.

Canmore Crossing condominium complex has two public rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. The rooftop hot tub has the best views in the entire Bow Valley, a 360-degree full panorama…take your camera for this luxurious soak. A basic fitness room is located at the end of the hall near the elevator, it has weights and a few machines including a treadmill and plenty of space for a workout. Bike and storage lock up is available for those travelling with extra sports gear. The outdoor courtyard is complete with benches and an assortment of shops are on the lower main level of the building, such as bank, sports rental gear, liquor, electronics and pizza.

Canmore is the gateway to Banff National Park, a mere 10 minutes from this UNESCO world heritage site. Banff National Park is world-renowned for its majestic peaks and glacier lakes, amazing activities, sightseeing and wildlife sighting opportunities. Canmore Crossing condominium is located in the hub of downtown Canmore, historically a mining town. Today, Canmore is a vibrant and modern town with 10,000 + residents, a quaint mountain town. The condo itself is a short walk away from downtown Canmore and the finest shops, galleries and restaurants in the Bow Valley. This location is steps (1 min walk) away from key services like grocery, liquor, postal, banking and coffee shops. Across the road from the condo is access to the huge downtown network of walking trails, don’t miss a stroll around the Bow River and the historic bridge, it is a local favourite. Canmore is a superb hub for discovering Calgary, Kananaskis, Parks of the Canadian Rockies and beyond.


This unit is in a legal vacation rental tourist zone in Canmore. Canmore was well ahead of the vacation rental trend and implemented designated zoning for tourist units many years back. We pay a surcharge of city taxes as we are a short-term rental business in the designated tourist zone. This means you as a guest are fully permitted by the town of Canmore and its existing bylaws to stay in this short-term rental and will not experience any hassles during your stay. Many units and listings are not tourist zoned which can be potentially disruptive for your vacation. Understandably, within the neighbourhoods of Canmore people do not want tourists vacationing next door. Canmore Crossing is situated in the heart of the downtown core away from the Trans Canada highway, it is the best tourist zoned location in Canmore. Banff townsite does not have any legal approved vacation rental units.

We provide a National Park Pass in the condo which is great value for our guests. However, we cannot guarantee it will be there.

Location, Location, Location!

This Rundle Gallery is in the middle of both the downtown core of Canmore and situated in the middle of the Bow Valley corridor which affords it the magnificent panoramic views. It is one of the original condo vacation rental developments in Canmore and due to this has the best location for tourist zone accommodations in Canmore. This property is special due to its central location in the valley which affords panoramic views from almost every location in the condo.

Once you arrive at the condo you can park your car in our complimentary provided parking and walk to almost everything in Canmore. Easy to navigate from the front door is the town trail network, stroll by the winter skating pond or over the historic mining bridge along the Bow River then hit the many cafes or restaurants in the quaint downtown to refuel. The best part……getting out and enjoying the outdoors, driving provides easy access to a multitude of natural areas including the mountain parks of Banff, Kootenay, Jasper and Yoho as well the provincial recreation areas of Kananaskis, Peter Lougheed and the Smith Dorian Spray Lakes. These parks and recreation areas provide a multitude of visitor activities, sightseeing, wildlife spotting and adventure pursuits.

The alpen glow at dawn and dusk is incredible with the advantageous position of the building and can be enjoyed from the balcony, through the two-storey wall of panoramic windows or for a full 360 mountain panorama on the upper level hot tub deck.

This unit is best suited for the independent traveler. We are nearby but unable to respond to all issues immediately. We are not a hotel or a vacation rental company we are independent condo owners and therefore we and our guests do not have access to 24-hour hotel concierge and maintenance services. We do our best to resolve issues as fast as we can, however if something require servicing during your stay it may take time to repair. Guests will be provided detailed information in advance for self check in.
