Your private dock sits on Laurel Park no-wake Cove — calm, safe, and all yours. Launch the canoe or paddleboard, cast a line, cannonball off the dock, or just float. The boathouse sky deck above is one of the most-photographed spots at the property: elevated lake views, fresh air, and zero effort required.

Laurel Park is home to Hall County’s impressive Mega Boat Ramp, designed to keep lake access available even during lower water levels on Lake Lanier. Your cottage getaway is 2 minutes from the ramp.

The ramp sits at approximately 1,048 feet elevation, helping residents and visitors enjoy the lake throughout changing seasonal water levels.

After the sun drops, the real magic starts. The 10-person hot tub under an open sky. The fire circle where s'mores happen and stories get told. The custom bar and game room on the terrace level with a full-size fridge, big-screen TV, and space for legendary late nights.
The sleep
Main level: Two step-free king suites with private en-suite baths — one features a soaking tub, the other a multi-jet spa shower. Terrace level: A king suite with a fireplace, private coffee bar, spa shower, and a deck that steps directly to the hot tub/ fire pit. Bunk room: A queen bed plus three twin XL bunks with a smart TV — perfect for kids or the crew who don't mind a party-ready room.
The kitchen
This isn't a "make do" kitchen. It's a chef's kitchen stocked with a coffee bar, multiple brewers, a pantry full of spices, and every tool to cook for the group. Three grills outside — gas, charcoal, and a griddle — for the ones who'd rather be outside doing it properly.
The location
10 minutes from downtown Gainesville's restaurants and boutiques. Day trips to Dahlonega, Helen, and Dawsonville are easy from here. You're close enough to Atlanta that the drive in doesn't feel like a commitment — and far enough that it feels like a real escape.

Guest access
You will have exclusive and private access to the entire home and its beautiful grounds.
This includes:
- The entire multi-level cottage and all its amenities.
- Private, multi-level decks equipped with grills, smokers, a griddle, and outdoor dining seating for 11.
- The outdoor hot tub (tub towels provided).
- The lakeside fire pit and backyard game area (firewood provided).
- A private dock on Lake Lanier for your use.
- Water toys including a canoe, paddleboards, a lily pad float, fun floats and a variety of life vest sizes.
- The dock's sky deck top, featuring lounges and a dining table for waterside relaxation.

Booking Requirements: To ensure a smooth check-in and comply with local regulations, please note the following important requirements. These steps must be completed within 24 hours of booking:
* **Rental Agreement:** The primary guest ('Responsible Party') must digitally sign our standard Rental Agreement. You will need to provide us your email address for this.
* **ID Verification:** The Responsible Party must provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID. This can be uploaded securely through the Airbnb messaging portal.
**Please Note:** Failure to complete these two steps will unfortunately result in the cancellation of your reservation as per Hall County ordinance.
For any unexpected trip changes that you may have come up we recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover your stay. We do strictly adhere to our cancellation refund policy.
Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property. These cameras monitor the exterior and do not have views of any interior spaces.
