Áskot Cottages offer self-catering vacation homes located on a Family run Horse Ranch in South Iceland. The space
The 32 m2 cottages are locally built and designed by the owner in Áskot. The design is inspired by 19th century Icelandic cottage style with an iron coat that have proven to endure challenging weather. The cottages are heated with warm water and are warm and cosy all year round.

Áskot is located only 7 km from the ring Route 1. It is only an hour drive away from many interesting sites. There is a local shop 7 km. away, 15 minutes drive to the village Hella with e.g. grocery store, bakery, Pharmacy and 30 minutes drive to the town, Selfoss, where you find many restaurants, stores etc.
