About This Listing
I am offering a bedroom with a comfortable bed in my 2 bedroom apartment with internet access. I don't have cable but I have Amazon fire TV with Hulu Plus, Amazon Prime, Netflix, HBO GO, Showtime etc. There is a small television in the room. Close to downtown, beaches, restaurants and interstate.
Great re-gentrified neighborhood on the edge of downtown, 3 blocks from buses, and very close to the interstate. Beaches are 15 to 20 minutes away.
There are some nice bars, restaurants, an amazing vintage store, cafes and an awesome used bookstore within a few blocks.
The room includes a very comfortable queen size bed, dresser and a small closet.
The kitchen is large and you are welcome to use it if you decided.
There is only one bathroom so we will have to share.
I am pretty easy going, friendly and I get along with most every one.
I am a full time student, I do a lot of homework, so ideally I am looking for someone who doesn't bring the party home.
I do have a small dog but he is super quiet and sweet.

My stay with Paulita was fantastic. Her apartment is clean and super cozy. It is close to downtown St. Pete and within 10 miles (or less) of several beaches. Paulita is a pleasure to be around. This time around she was busy busy with schoolwork but still made the time to welcome us and have quick, friendly conversations. Enzo is super sweet and well-behaved. I highly recommend staying with Paulita. This will be my pick anytime I'm visiting St. Pete.
I had a wonderful stay at Paulita's! It was a quick two night trip to Saint Petersburg, but I felt right at home in her beautiful apartment.
The feel is very comfortable, clean and the apartment beautifully decorated. It is also located very close to the downtown area, so can't beat that.
Paulita is also a gracious host and is very respectful of her guests' space and needs. I would highly recommend her cozy bedroom to anyone coming to town! Thanks Paulita :)
This was perfect for two of us, and easy to access the southern part of St. Petersburg and the beach. There was plenty of privacy, but also an opportunity for fun conversation and laughter. Paulita is delightful and funny, and she has a manner that makes you feel at home. Her dog is a sweetheart - we became great friends with him! Paulita was a great introduction to AirBnB for us.
Paulita was a lovely host. She made me most welcome and I really enjoyed meeting her and little Enzo the pup. The room was cozy and the bed was just soo comfortable. Inspite of the warm welcome I did have to leave a day sooner due to major construction taking place just under her apartment, drilling and banging:-( it was NOT at all her fault, she didn't even know this remodle was going to take place....she was so kind as to refund my last day which I didn't expect. Pauletia is great and her little place is just as she describes...you will enjoy meeting her too...
About the Host, Paulita
I am originally from Trinidad and Tobago. I have lived in St Pete for several years and I love it here. I love to travel but I don't get to do it nearly enough. As a host I let you do your own thing. Come and go as you please, but I am also open sitting and chatting.
