This is a newly remodeled ADORABLE 2/1 house right above town with two cozy gas fireplaces, dedicated den/office space with huge couch, clawfoot bathtub, cordless custom window coverings, full kitchen with Berkey drinking water filter and Keurig coffee maker. Large capacity washer/dryer, laminate hardwood floors throughout, HUGE private yard with forever views, separate porch with outdoor firepit, and plenty of parking. Fully appointed. Southwest art throughout. Inquire about MONTHLY stays.

The space
Perfect location. PRIVATE, spacious, serene. Located directly above town, with forever views of town and the mountains. Easy access to everywhere in Silver City, and we're here in town if you need anything! Each bedroom has a queen bed, a private entry to the outdoors, large sitting deck off of the main bedroom. Main bedroom has two sliding barn doors. Air conditioning in main living room. Enjoy home-cooked meals in a fully-appointed kitchen, iuncluding a Berkey Water Filter for filtered drinking water. There is a lovely firepit on the deck overlooking town. Firewood can be purchased locally.

You have access to the whole house minus one small locked provisions closet.

Other things to note
Spacious parking for two vehicles in the driveway and ample street parking as well. We do not provide firewood for the outdoor fire pit, and ask that you use it with care and caution. Do NOT use the fire pit when windy conditions exist.
